4. I refer you to read two text books which are authoritative on that matter. U will find comprehensive authorities & they will give u a superior understanding of the subject.
I) Constitutional and political history of Uganda by Prof. G.W Kanyeihamba. Read pages: 1 to 55.
ii) Uganda the crisis of confidence by A.M Kirunda kivejinja. Pages 1 to 100.
