Mysterious Tunnel Found Under Abandoned Mansion

- Today we're Ye Olde Southern England at what looks to be an old mansion. The building has more recently been used as a boarding school but some of the old features still exist, including a curious tunnel hidden deep underneath the historic building.

Exploring the dilapidated ruins of civilisation, abandoned untouched millionaire mansions, secret underground bunkers, derelict industrial factories and abandoned theme parks. We're not serious urban explorers, if you can't tell, so don't expect a history documentary packed with valuable information. Instead expect 3 down to earth guys exploring abandoned places. Urban Exploration is not for kiddies. Be safe whilst exploring.

Al's first ya mean.
@@upthehoe lol
Happy Birthday Geeza
The places don’t actually matter, i mean they do a bit but it’s more just nice seeing you three interact with each other in abandoned places. It’s almost like having friends
@Alpha Momentum don't we all
@@alphamomentum2017I used to say the same thing. Then those few “good” friends slowly dissipated.
@@alphamomentum2017 agreed when I was in my 30s. I had loads of friends but now I am in my 50s I don’t see a single one of them. I have one best friend who I met when I was six years old and we’ve been solid ever since it is better to have a few really good friends and loads of associates.
Couldn’t agree more, as I clicked on the thumbnail my exact thoughts was what’s the funny boys up to now
Almost
You guys discussed what viewers liked etc. Don't change a thing with what you guys explore. You're unique and a lot of fun to watch. You explore places others don't and it's great!
Alex is right about the autism spectrum, some people are high functioning and you never know they have it, and there are others who just can't survive without carers. As to which places I prefere, I think this kind of place. I remember an old cottage one you did a while back, that was good. Think all of them are interesting, as it's the relationships and jokes between you guys have me in stitches. It's your personalities that make the videos. And I totally agree with Norton, all those places and places like them could be opened for homeless folk. Any bets the reason why not, is to do with insurance claims, and ultimately money. Money, as they say is the source of all evil.
You’re right about ASD. This place was probably a school for ASD and the smaller outer buildings were for when the older kids were being taught how to look after themselves ready for leaving.
The "love" of money is the root of all evil ....
Hiya, to answer Lloydies question about what videos we like most..it doesn't matter where you guys go as long as you're all together it's so fecking funny 😄 cheers for another awesome episode 😀
Yup, I agree wholeheartedly 😁
Yeah, as long there's plenty of bickering and petty jibes, at least one Jimmy Saville reference, one Freemasons reference, ideally all delivered with northern accents - I think we're happy.
You make us sound so predictable how dare you
@@upthehoe Hey you have a formula! If it's not broke, don't fix it! :)
@@upthehoe you're anything but predictable, my fave youtube feckwits.....lol
The buildings matter less than watching your brand of three stooges being funny. So a longer video means more funny banter, which is better.
Definitely .think the same .
Big Up Norton.
Al was very respectful in today’s video. I knew he should never have stopped taking those drugs.
Doesn't matter what you explore, it's the fact that what you see and hear, brings out so many crazy ideas. Your explore is your inspiration.
Oh u won too , another scam ?
I’ve been watching for a couple years now. Cave Shows are my favourite but really it’s you guys that make the channel interesting and funny not the locations. 👍🇦🇺
Thanks Alvar!
Try Paul cook .
@@upthehoe whys my comment got a reply with ur badge saying I've won a prize ? 😆
@@upthehoe look at my comment is this you guys or a scammer
@@adamgarrett7220 definitley a scammer. Blocked the bastards
Love the current style of videos, naturally we all wish we had more to binge watch but i’m happy replaying older ones when that happens, the current balance of buildings/craic is spot on for me
Also Alex was right about “high functioning autism” and the “zombie fungus” (Cordyceps Millitaris, the base concept around the game Last Of Us i believe)
Keep it up lads, i lived over your ways for a few years and find the general theme of the videos very relatable. Upthehoe!
Love places like this, with all the outbuildings. Could spend hours there.
I may be one of the few, but I personally enjoy longer uncut videos because you can feel like you were there experiencing the place for yourself.
Great work as always guys!
We'd like them longer guys pretty please 🙏.. what you think would bore us probably wouldn't ! For one your channel probably shows us more places we haven't seen than any others. Two we love the banter and endless innuendos... imagine you three high... were not quite ready for that yet 😂😂😂 keep them coming ...✌️
I've really been enjoying your videos, have been sick for 3wks with The 'Rona and your channel has kept me giggling in between hacking coughs. New sub!
It's not where you explore it's the 3 of you that makes it all worth watching.
Another fantastic full journey, thankyou soo much for your efforts, just love the show xx
I like all of your videos guys but my personal favourites are usually the big scale industrial stuff or military bases, the abandoned theme parks are always top too
I honestly think I'd watch whatever you do. I think the banter between the three of you is what really makes these videos. You could just sit round a table and talk and I'd watch. You're hilarious, and easily my favourite explorers on here.
Love this kind of content y’all rock brothas 💯 looking forward to more videos to come, and the rise of your success 🙏
Was here the other day! Used to be a care home for young adults with difficulties. Great explore guys!
Stumbling spastics?
You're right to point out there are all sorts of categories of abandoned structures. I really like these mansions with weird features and you boys speculating who lived there. I equally love any episode of 'The Cave Show' where you visit sketchy places I'd probably not brave going into myself.
The bit where Norton circled Lloydy.... :D I love you guys|!
My faves are the time capsules, the mansions and pubs I like those too....prisons and hospitals are always good for the craic too though :D (and I don't think this was a bad one either, it had you lot in it, having a laugh...and that's what matters :D x
JUST MAKE THEM LONGER.. YOUR SHOWS ARE SO FUNNY... PLUS YOU GUYS FIND GOOD LOCATIONS....
Hey, people have been watching ghost adventures for over ten years and they do the same stuff every episode. They also have a guy that gets sent to do all the scary shit like our dear Al does. Keep up whatever you're doing boys 😂❤
The keyboard at 7:51 were sort after for a while after a retro reviewer posted them. They are made by a company called BigKeys and they still make them in that same style.
I enjoy the humour of these 3 people. Plus there's no drama about weird noises. Keep it up!
17:15 He was talking about Cordyceps fungus which I'm pretty sure was the inspiration for the last of us games..
Aw!! That place is LOVELY! Move-in ready
Wow can't wait to finish this video love the video keep em up lads
Hope you enjoyed it!
I like the variety in your videos. I’ve been binging them from the beginning.
@ATMOMusic1 Are you really with Hell On Earth. I’ve never seen that as part of their social media before. And I follow them on Facebook Twitter and Instagram.
as an autistic person the old terms were low and high functioning autism. these days those terms are acknowledged as being insulting and lacking in important nuance. instead autism is given levels based on how much assistance they need and a persons level can change over time as they develop various life skills. People who live in assisted villages often have level 2 or 3 autism where they need significant assistance to live their lives. I'm level 2, and though I don't live in an assisted village, I do get significant assistance from friends and family. If I did not have friends and family I would likely need a carer and to hire people to help with tasks such as keeping my home clean, attending work meetings and even going shopping. the irony is I would have been considered "high functioning" back in the day.
Wasn't the best place you lot have explored but you guys make it worth watching.you 3 are brilliant xxx

Happy birthday Mr Norton!!! Another fab vid from my fave bunch of lads!!
Great video again.. Love to go and explore with you one day. I live in Falmouth Cornwall. If you are ever around this way...
13:23 I was actuallly in John Lewis at Cheadle-Hulme the other day and they appeared to have a setup where you could buy a Quality Street box but pick the contents. I considered buying one with a good mix, but with no toffee pennies... But then I thought, 'What a great gfit idea?' You buy one and put like one of everything in, then you fill it up to the brim with toffee pennies and give it to someone as a Christmas present. If you stuck like a couple of purple ones and green ones in, they'd think it was random and they were just really unlucky.
That is a sinister gift!
Love all you’re exploring videos boys ❤❤❤ Love all the banter and jokes xxx Never Ever Stop ! Can’t wait to see the Clamper Van 👌 xxx
I loved the dig at the chest freezer
Love the banter between you 3
Homeless people should get some of those rooms why not as long as they take care of it I think they'd be very greatful
To be fair all of your explores are really good because you three together make them unique...
Also...If you listen carefully at 16:49 you can hear Owen Wilson
This might be the best video yet.
American here. You asked about what parts are interesting. Listening to the banter is my favorite part, though I specifically enjoy urban exploration content. Caves aren't boring, though.
All your videos are fun guys, long or short we come here to laugh and get educated 🤣
Educated?
@@upthehoe well kinda, perhaps not, na, nope!!!!!
We love the humor you guys have. Best friend banter
The places you visit are cool, but it's the boys banter and the outro that have kept me here all these years. Also, the videos would probably be longer, but they have to cut out all the clips of Lloydy yawning all the time!
I laughed all the way through this, you guys are so funny, you must be immune to the cold, you always have shorts on. Great explore.
You guys are awesome, keep the videos coming.
Short vids/Long vids doesn’t make any difference to me lads your vids are always the highlight of my Tuesdays 👍😎
At this point (near the end) I would like a review of what High grade you smoked before you set off on the days mission.
I need some of that for xmas
Awesome place! Thanx for exploring, being so brave an sharing it with everyone
its a shitty little care home nothing special about it lol
We are so so brave
@@upthehoe 😂😂😂😂
Lol so so brave . But honestly it takes balls to do unban exploring. U never know when u’ll run into subx looking for his coco 😂.
Love the videos, always watch till the end :D keep up the mission lads!
@ATMOMusic1 nice try scam account not hell on earth!
Don't worry the vids too long it's you lads that are entertaining as much as the location
Honestly the shit you guys come out with has me in fits, don’t get me wrong the urbex content is obviously interesting and is the main reason I came to this channel but it’s almost secondary to the banter at this point. I’d like to see more podcasts and maybe even some gaming content could be fun? Been enjoying the van videos too!
That right there @ 2:05 is how to test the hardness of wood Especially morning Wood.
All roads lead.... Underground.
Nice one Lads. Happy birthday Norton. ❤
You guys deserve a tv channel, I watched from the start , I think to stick with how long the videos are , depending on how big the property is or perhaps 2 part the bigger places , thanks for the great work , you should come to Essex there are quite a few places I could show you guys , thanks 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Great videos lads
Be careful guys trafficking tunnels are everywhere.
Trafficking tunnels 10/10 for your imagination there 😂
Serioualy good job your all naturally amusing characters..
Keep up the good sense of humour
Don’t change a thing -
Love every video -
Like everyone says we love how you 3 interact with each other x
hiya, im pretty sure i know exactly what type of abandoned buildings these are!
this looks like a lot of assisted living facilities for the medically infirm and those with special needs. think about people who need round the clock care and/or supervision, people who need hospice care, people who need long term medical rehabilitation and people that have special needs. lots of these facilities are set up like small villages, divided into sections by purpose. in some bigger care facilities like these there will be underground tunnels for the staff to access and quickly move between buildings!
the purpose of these assisted living facilities is to provide an environment where people can live a somewhat normal life in a community while still getting the (medical) care they need. theyre a very unique type of abandoned structure / ghost town : )
Al's lovely
Love the banter carry on doing the video's always have a laugh when you guys are on x
Love the contentg always, do you, you dont need to change for anything. Your friendly nature with each other, your constant interaction with the camera, as if we are along for the journey with you, really good. I actually dont even care where you go, as an ex pat living in Australia, I love everywhere that you go, and get to see some places from past visits also. So I guess to answer, go anywhere, the adventure is what I really like x Deb Plus Alex is a hottie lol
Oh and I like your vids to be as long as possible and at any location cos your batshit banter is what we are here for, you could make exploring a paper bag funny!! ❤️❤️❤️
I don’t care what you do or where you go, I follow your channel for the friendly comical banter. This is something to have a laugh and enjoy the location, keep it the same guy’s
Itdoesnt matter where you visit or wht you guys are doing you make every video fun and interesting. I've watched since day one, loved every one of them. Your banter is brilliant always 😊 ☺️ 😍
😆 When Al had that Jimmy Savile coat you can see why he made a stand 😆
Cave show is the best thing you guys do. Followed by the big industrial complexes. Then its just kind of a crapshoot for the rest. The bants can make or break anything.
We watch only to see you guys.... the buildings are inconsequential..... a bonus if you will, its you lot rhat keep us coming back
I'm so glad ya'll discuss the right way to say something about how ppl are. Also personally I have enjoyed every place weather it be a cave or a house covered in graffiti. You guys make it fun!! 💙🤘🏽
@ATMOMusic1 how do I direct message
It was a spammer not us, don't contact them
@@upthehoe thanks for the lookout. Can't stand a poser!
As far as favourite videos goes, I personally like any of the cave shows 🙂🙃
I said to you guys before. Stay True to you. I’ll always enjoy being the voyeur 👀on your journey, your chemistry as friends and your humour will carry any video you make. I’m happy with all you do from caves to houses to Wallabies 🤘🏼😎🤘🏼
The week starts here
Top Job Chaps 🤘
Love all the places ....its the unknown ......so for instance a cave or mine is fascinating but at the same time an old home is amazing seeing someone's lives ...also bus graveyards
This explore was huge! I really enjoyed this.
Adorable Al is a respectful and kind being - not racist. ❤️
I watch these videos when having my dinner, and so far its not put me off my dinner
Is that one of you at 2:10 in the room behind the green door?
Al’s been playing the last of us.
Also Brookside 😂 I was actually thinking of that when you guys were walking around.
That quality street conversion did me
Love your banter, always makes me laugh 😂
Yes Al my son has high functioning autism , so you were right matey. Excellent video as always lads 🤟💯👍
I would love you guys to get in touch with me here in Malaga and do some exploring here in some abandoned buildings here in Spain!!!
Make a video of all the stuff what dont make the cut plz 🙏🙏
3 brave lads descending that spiral with all them spooky noises following youse around
Also I'm with llyod. Fuck the penny's triangles all the way
First smile of my day, Al 🫶
Still good, stay chill.
Just you three are more than entertaining🤣🤣🤣legends 😎😎😎👍❤️
It could be a respite village with onside therapies.
Giving parents and a carers a lil break x
You in the west Sussex area anytime soon? Crazy explore there that I visited on Monday, saw some epic stuff
It doesn't matter what you guys explore or do. I, and I think most of us watch because it's you entertain us more than the places.
Alan was looking sharp in his norrhface coat when did he nick that great video lads as usual.
Actually, and I hate to say it, Al is correct. There is the term High Functioning although now it’s Autism spectrum disorders because there are different levels. It probably was a place where they were taught how to function more fully on their own to help integrate or be more self sufficient/care home. And I love all the videos you guys post I love. The banter, the wit, and a lot of the places you visit are so interesting to see. Plus you don’t bs and are just yourselves which keeps it light and fun. And the way you guys treat each other is how I would act with my friends if I still had any.😂 oh and I never spend money because I don’t have a credit card and something to do with rates exchanges my bank card won’t allow me to so I just enjoy content and your lunacy❤ keep it up boyos
I think Jonny was about to say he thought this place is some kind of village hospital. I can't remember if you've explored Bangour in Scotland or not and that's what he was going to say it was like. That followed a similar idea when it was open.
@Hell On Earth You should do a weekly live stream. Those were the funniest things on RUclips. There’s nowt like those live streams - and Keep doing the stuff you do
That wasn’t a mad office it was a pantry, and, there is a water mark on the walls in the basement so, yes it was flooded at one point
what i do like is when you look up the history on the buildings what its purpose how it became empty
Honestly I could watch you guys browse a B&Q for a half hour
