??? It's a demonstration video having had an Evenk hitch tied the other end.
NONSENSE. TAUT LINE HITCH is far preferable, and " adjustable " if line is gonna be there a day or more. All this does is secure a line to a tree, or pole. That could be easily pulled taut, while tying a clove hitch.
- What's the purpose of the little loop, " to put a stick in " ??
