We need: 7 eggs, 250g powdered sugar, 200g semi-coarse flour, 250g butter, 300g ground nuts, 1 baking powder and some chocolate to garnish.
Procedure: Separate the egg whites from the yolks. We'll postpone for now.
Put 250g of powdered sugar, 300g of ground nuts, 250g of butter in a bowl, mix, add 1 baking powder and make a solid dough. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and add to the stiff dough, stirring gently. Then we gradually add 200g of semi-coarse flour and mix the solid dough, which is spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a heated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes (as needed).
Prepare the yolk icing: mix 7 yolks and 250 g of powdered sugar well and pour the baked, still hot cake with this icing. Let the icing solidify, the cake to cool. After cooling, add chocolate. We cut the cake beautifully with a hot knife. We wish you good taste.
