I might be wrong but wouldn't "stationary" mean plants don't move relative to the ground? They don't walk like animals. So they *are* stationary or something like sedentary?
I was never taught to see plants as stationary, they ARE stationary, their stem is stationary, wherever the seed germinates is where that plant will stay and grow. Sorry to say that their roots going downward and their stems growing upward are not considered 'moving'....
I agree 100% we are so blessed to be in this age of technology that allows us to more intimately appreciate things such as this and to witness the aliveness of the planet we share with every species 💕

Due to time lapse we are able to see how plants actually breathe, dance and like us ,they also enjoy the changing weathers❤❤so satisfying.
