Wicked pissah strap hack! You know me and my strap struggles. Magnetic trays are awesome.used oil trick lots. Something to think about with ratchet straps is that they work well for clamping unconventional stuff together for welding or fitting, just not close to the welding areas.
Pretty neat hacks. My favorite was the ratchet strap.

Strap trick is pretty legit, my only issue is I always tie knots in the end of the straps so it cant come apart from the main piece haha
😂 I would never have thought of tying a knot in the strap but sounds like it would help

Good point on the straps. I actually used them to pull part of the cage on the jeep together to weld it.
