VO stands for Voice Over and it means that we hear a voice from outside the scene. It can be a narrator, or another character. OS stands for Off Screen, and it’s the voice of a character who is in the scene but not visible at the moment. And (CONT’D) is an indication that the same character is talking even if on the page their dialogue is interrupted by action lines or continues in a different page. You shouldn’t worry too much about that because all screenwriting software add it automatically
nice :)
