@@DanielGreis1 Just played "new" pinball - saw some changes with physics (for example black hole not sends ball into right out lane, hyperspace not bounces into launching if you not move. Points are much easier to get, and propably whole game is much easier (this explains why FullTilt is for speed run, no points)
If I remember correctly, the middle is the overall multiplier of everything on the board. The ramp to the left assigns “missions” to be completed for extra score. Most of the bumpers and targets are just flat scoring.

Is it possible to get the game on windows 7 x64? Either full tilt or demo version? I try it and it almost works, but when i go to full screen mode (F4) colors are messed up drastically. Without full screen it is just to small to be playable.
(assuming you are using the original game files) Properties > Compatibility settings > Run in 640x480 mode If it doesn't work, run it in reduced colour mode.

I have it downloaded from somewhere (don't remember where), if you still need it I can send it to you. This is full version (1.1), the version that was included with Windows was first release (1.0)
Truth be told, it's an issue on 3D Pinball as well, especially if you drain right after ranking up. The Replay Ball was added as a reward after completing a mission, but they never accounted for tilting or starting another mission immediately after. The latter is near impossible to pull off with 1 ball in play, but multiball is another story.
My record as a kid was around 8 million. I didnt know what to do at some missions. Still dont get the rules of this game😂 I remember some games i had like 10 extra balls, and some others none of them.
Considering I moderate the speedrunning boards and there's a near 2-minute TAS of this, I'm not surprised. It's a matter of time before someone breaks the 10-minute barrier.

Dude, you're so extremely closed with the last one For anyone who didn't know, the last mission is to put the ball exactly at the center of the circles. So the center will have kinda gravity on it and it will pull the ball if it doesn't move fast. Once the ball is captured on thr center, it'll be released toward randomly. I experienced it myself with my beloved Pentium 3 PC 😂. It feels so great
@@pinballwiz45b i even need to see it in another video to be sure, bcs you confused me What i got in my childhood was the Maelstorm, and the final mission. The Gravity Well you mentioned is if you put the ball into that Hyperspace several times until it reaches Gravity Well
Much like games that have a Point A -> B objective (Mega Man, for example, beat the game), there are objectives in different pinball games that can be marked as categories. Fleet Admiral Rank, here, involves lighting all the yellow lamps in the central circle. Maelstrom involves reaching and clearing that mode. That can also double as a Fleet Admiral run, since 8 of the 9 yellow lights, plus all three left target lights, are needed to access it, and the reward is an instant rank up.
I never knew there were missions. My goal as a kid was to just keep going and make a bunch of stuff light up

The Windows XP version did not have missions, it was a demo. He's actually playing the full game.

3:14 is the most valuable lesson for me. I've never imagined getting ball from Hyperspace Chute to the outlane is so easy.
Because it doesnt happen in the space cadet version. There it goes from the hyperspace to the engine on the left side.

Microsoft only has the license to release the 3D Pinball version of the game.
If you want the Full Tilt set of 3 tables, talk to EA about it.
I never got this far on missions I think the most I completed was like 6. This pinball game had a lot to offer as an included game for Windows LOL.
