I've been using Luna for like 4 months, it's kinda jank still but they have very frequent updates, and it's free so I can't complain. The only problem is that the stock plugins are basically non-existent, so you'd better have a good sampler/drum machine vst or it's basically unusable
honestly, FL's step sequencer is a major cpu drain, makes the program have to run through like 4 extra layers of code to get the result. the discord classes i took a while back made this big point of telling us to get it into the playlist even if you start with a step sequencer pattern. can't really see why anyone would be trying to use something like that in ableton lol
someone with a decent computer that likes a fun-to-use and easy way to arrange drums probably source: fl user that has never experienced CPU issues and always use the step sequencer like most fl users do
You've completely made that up, based upon no facts whatsoever. Only Image-Line's coders know about the internal CPU requirements of each element of the DAW. Also, even from an outside perspective, what you stated makes absolutely no sense.
