It's never too late to start a business. According to an MIT study, The average age of a successful startup founder is 45, and a 50-year-old founder is nearly twice as likely to succeed than a 30-year-old founder... that’s bonkers!
In this video I share 3 stories of people who started billion dollar businesses in their 50s to inspire you to start a business regardless of how old you are!

If you are a laborer you have skills, that can have a high hourly value. Don't make the mistake of dismissing the leverage you have.

Honestly, people that start businesses after having a lot of real-life experience are probably much more likely to succeed! I wonder what the % of failure is for people that start later in life...

All this is good…but what did they start WITH? did they start from scratch with a shitty job? Or did they start with access to resources and years of experience and people that trust them to make the right decisions? That’s the wealth that they had to get their best ideas going.

Home depot is a good story, but they were not the first. There were at least a half dozen medium/large hardware/ lumber chains in existence . Channel , Hechinger, Mr. Good Buys, Builders Square ETC.
Home Depot was bigger ( store wise) They actually ended up, basically taking and using Pat Farrahs (Homeco) business model, and properly financed it. The timing was right.
