    Great tutorial. I tried doing the flag for the first time today and managed to hold it for 7 seconds with my knees tucked in. Did it again for 2 seconds with 1 leg extended. This is definitely a tough exercise.

    Awesome exercises! Now I'm able to better prepare my HF at home, with only a pull up bar available for practice. Truly unique drills, which I haven't seen in any other HF related videos. Thanks guys!!

    This seems like a great way to build up to the human flag in the end, only, each step takes like several weeks to master lol

    Suggestion for a future video: "Optimal Public Park Outdoor Calesthenic Equipment Designs". I am trying to get my local council to install such "stuff". So your thoughts on what is appropriate, heights, types, bad designs would be appreciated. Regards Nick

      Hey yes they are all different depending on the exercises. All the programmes with reps and set for each week are outlined in full in our virtual classroom - www.classroom.schoolofcalisthenics.com

    The single arm hang is advanced level, do you have tutorials or advice for master single arm hang?

    • @calebtucker7948
      @calebtucker7948 5 лет назад

      Try just doing both arms with an active hang. Just note that you'll need other exercises too if you want to get the human flag. These in the video are for learning the technique and focusing on the muscles mostly used in the skill.

    • @SchoolofCalisthenics

      There are a few options, you can do it in a squat rack or put some handles up on a solid wall somewhere. Hope you find a solution. Tim

      Hi Milo, if you're training calisthenics the bands come in really useful for loads of exercises and progressions so it's definitely worth trying to get one. You can pick them up quite cheap online. Tim
