After plucking up the courage to share his struggles, Will is delighted to finally share his story alongside @run4yourmind @lightsonmentalhealth
Through the hardest times of his life he has grown a multi award winning salon & barbers; Expanding his business and increasing revenue year on year despite the difficulties that he wakes up with everyday. This video explains that sometimes, everything isn’t as it seems.
He feels it’s vitally important everyone speaks out when they’re feeling unwell, both physically and mentally. If this video inspires just one person to open up then it has been successful.
Working alongside @run4yourmind @lightsonmentalhealth they will be offering Mental Health First Aid training to all of their own employees as well as any other hair professionals as they seek to help those that are vulnerable. Any salon/salon owner can register interest through our website contact form for future courses as we look to create safe, open environments for salons and barbers to speak more openly, giving hair professionals the tools to talk; Something we feel is severely lacking in our industry.
