He’s not wrong. Taylor is live but it’s all choreographed. “Live” music typically also means raw.

No Live does not mean raw. If that was the case Adele & many others would not be "live". Theatre is choreographed as are opera and ballet are they not live?
@@joyceellis9722 that’s what he meant. He wasn’t dissing her. He was saying her performance or show is more like a play. Theirs though is just a straight up raw show without any choreography. Half of the time bands like foo fighters or Green Day don’t even stick to their setlist. If they feel like taking time to do a seven minute guitar solo, they do. Taylor’s shows aren’t like that. They are finally tuned And everything that happens on that stage was pre-meditated and none of it is spontaneous Much like a show at a theme park. Also not all of the music actually is live. Yes some of it is but a lot of it is pre recorded. Especially if it’s songs that deal with MIDI or sound effects. Rock Bands are just straight life and raw 100% that’s it that’s all.
Actually live means live. If you wanna raw part of her show it is there in acoustic section when she mixing songs and doing whatever she wanna do.

Friends? Dang bad friend. She responded to her "friend" LIVE in concert by introducing her band and dancers who play for 3.5 hours. Live does not mean unchoreographed it simply means live.

Props to Dave for sticking up for his daughter! She got a lot of death 💀 threats from Taylor’s fans which was the motive for the comment. His daughter Violet is really upset. 😢 She’s a musician and sings as well. If you had a kid and were in Dave’s shoes you would have done the same thing. Trust me it wouldn’t be easy! Taylor was Violet’s idol.

That wasn't too bad. But Dave should watch where he walks considering his perfect reputation. I freaking worship the ground that man stands on and have been saying for years I want to be more like Dave every fay. I'd be broken if he threw that away. In the end Dave is allowed to be himself. But I'd give the world to keep Dave, Dave. Again, not that bad of a shot, but he shouldn't continue down this rabbit hole and also shouldn't pander to the anti pop part of his audience, or any gate keeper audience for that matter.
Didn’t she save your ass at Paul McCartney’s by playing one of your songs by ear on the piano since you couldn’t, Dave? I’d much rather see the Foo Fighters than Taylor Swift in concert, not because she’s not talented, I just prefer rock over pop/country, but why would you go out of your way to diss her as though she’s not talented when she absolutely is. Especially TS and other HUGE MONEY VALUE SHOWS…..In the case of TS not every song can have enough musicians on stage to accurately produce her music from the studio…..there fore BACKING TRACKS at a minimum…..shall I go on….there are time coding tracks AND production tracks already recorded to advise ANYONE AND EVERYONE on the production team about what is going to happen next…..there is more….let me know if you want the real truth

The only time when she used backup tracks is when she have second voice, how the hell she should sing two voices in the same time? All her acoustic section, which is absolutly favourite part of each show is pure live too.

This, from the man who had to be saved at Paul McCartney's party because all the guitars were left handed and he couldn't play piano. Guess who played one of HIS songs on the piano and sang LIVE to help him out of an awkward situation? Taylor always plays an acoustic set either on guitar or piano or both with unique songs to each night of the concert, so every concert has one difference. She has sneezed, swallowed bugs, had wardrobe malfunctions, even forgot where she is once in a song. When she stops singing to point out concert goers who need aid the singing stops...so there is no backing track. Dave is being a #JealousFOOl, is it because we obviously see empty seats in his venue? Or is it that he can do his music wasted and made a rude comment.

also, the point about her stopping is called having a DJ. she combines DJs and live musicians, as is the industry standard nowadays

those seats were never for sale in the first place because they're behind the stage, all the other seats and the pit were filled.

@@louiseh7320 do you want proof that taylor doesn’t lip sync? search up a compilation of taylor helping her fans at the eras tour. she often tells security to help her fans in the middle of her songs while on tour. sometimes there are backing tracks, but in many songs, there are background singers (who are visible on stage) or no one but taylor singing.
