All of JK's solo releases including his just released album "Golden" are all in English. There are no S. Korean songwriters, producers, recording studios or MV shooting directors or locations, etc. He is blowing past Kpop and jumping head first into the American pop market. He is using American Grammy Award winning songwriters, producers, recording in the U.S. and filming at mostly U.S. locations such as Universal Studios in Hollywood. This one, however, is an abandoned power plant in Budapest, Hungary. The director is a very famous Ukrainian director who has directed for Harry Styles and many others. His self professed dream of being a giant pop star is clearly beginning in a big way! BTW, there are now at least 3 live performances. iHeart Radio, Jimmy Fallon Show, The Today Show, and there is a KILLER Official Choreo Version. He recently performed 5 songs at the TSX stage in Times Square, NYC. Only the third artist to ever been invited to perform there. 8:34 I was thinking about this years ago, because they would SLAY at the Super Bowl half-time show. I used to think, yes they deserve to be performers there, but at the time, at least for me, I was personally worried they will receive a lot of racial slurs (whether in stadium or those watching TV) and push back from the overly passionate football stans. They already deal with racism/discrimination, but Super Bowl is the highest rated program show in America and I couldn’t bear to see them get so much hate. Like, BTS were huge already by 2019, but somehow they got even bigger with every month and year that there’s no denying that everyone now knows they exist and even know a few songs. So I think it’s time for them to be invited to the Super Bowl half-time show for 2026 (since they come back from serving in the military 2025). That’s a good time to have their comeback :)

In the movie, Juliet has wings when she meets Romeo( BTS has many wing references as well) So, in case you didn't know, Romeo and Juliet are from 2 families' blood feuding. (Hence the fighting limo drivers) They fall in love despite the fact they shouldn't be together. She is in white, he's in black and by the end she is in black too. "Deny thy father, and refuse thy name." The music is an homage to MJ. Reminds me of Rock With You and Heartbreak Hotel(particularly the structure). It is required for all able bodied men in South Korea to enlist between ages 18-28. Jin went a year ago, and J-Hope went in last March, and SUGA was in September. The last 4 decided to go in earlier so that they can all be back together in 2025. 💜

Well, the reason you haven’t seen BTS on Super Bowl is because the American music industry is very very vested in blocking them. The main reason being Big Hit/Hybe(their label) does not cater to the companies here or pay their way. Their growth and their position was organic and army works very hard to make sure they are successful.

Jungkook is the main vocalist in BTS. In most K-Pop group structures there are mains and leads and they are two different things. As you rightly pointed out this isn't homage to Michael Jackson one of JK's big influences. The limos, the gang fight and the beginning where there’s an emblem or badge of JK’s name all reference Romeo and Juliet(as was confirmed by the video director) The song says Standing Next to you. So no matter what parts of the world they may be in such as opposite sides as referenced above(heaven and hell, Romeo and Juliet etc), he will keep standing next to you

💯 MJ inspired! We'll have to wait until 2025. The last 4 members (RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook) enlisted in the military last week. It is required for all able bodied men in South Korea to enlist between ages 18-28. Jin went a year ago, and J-Hope went in last March, and SUGA was in September. The last 4 decided to go in earlier so that they can all be back together in 2025. 💜

Well, the reason you haven’t seen BTS on Super Bowl is because the American music industry is very very vested in blocking them. The main reason being Big Hit/Hybe(their label) does not cater to the companies here or pay their way. Their growth and their position was organic and army works very hard to make sure they are successful.

As you rightly pointed out this isn't homage to Michael Jackson one of JK's big influences. Also according to the director the visuals were meant to be reminiscent of the 1996 Romeo and Juliet movie with Leonardo DiCaprio.

از ترانههای بلاک سوان، ،دینامت، اشک و خون ، سون،،3D , تایم من وووو و این را هم بگم در این موزیک ویدئو خیلی رمز و راز هست که باید به دقت توجه کنید از پلاک های لیموزین ها تا خطوط تونل و خود تونل از نشان دادن لوسیفر و غیره ارمی ها تمام این نکات را متوجه میشوند و پیام های موزیک ویدئو را درک میکنند ،،هیچ ترانه و یا موزيک ویدئو از پسرهای دوست داشتنی ما وجود ندارد که در آن پيامي نهفته نباشد فقط محض توجه ترانه و موزیک تهيه نمیکنند همه دارای پیام هستند

Yeah he’s like demon and the girl is an Angel that’s why she wore a white dress. The video was very influenced from Romeo and Juliet. The limos, the gang fight and the beginning where there’s an emblem or badge of JK’s name all reference Romeo and Juliet(as was confirmed by the video director)
The song says Standing Next to you. So no matter what parts of the world they may be in such as opposite sides as referenced above(heaven and hell, Romeo and Juliet etc), he will keep standing next to you
