I had played this game 4 year ago and it's story really touches my heart ..The scene where eleka dies and prince hold in his arms I really cried.
The reasons behind unsuccess of this game is collecting orbs to unlock new level and which requires replay of many level again and again.
Story Was Good... Action was Short timed but Epic Moves and Skills and Combos....
Ubisoft had Always ran after money and profit...They never did any fan service in their history ....they never Will... Prince of Persia Was an awesome Trilogy... a nostalgic game.....We dont Need new Prince Of Persia game...
if They could Remaster those 3 old Games with New graphics like Resident Evil 2.. It would be enough... but Again Its Ubisoft...The Onion of your kitchen..dont expect any fanservice from this company.

You did not add the background stories of the four corrupted leaders i.e. from where the Warrior, the Hunter, the Concubine and the Alchemist came from.

The story of pop reboot may not be good but we can agree that the game physics and the movement of the Prince are a better than the older prince of Persia series.If Ubisoft ever makes a sequel to this with a better story but similar game physics people will surely buy it as Prince of Persia is one of the best game franchise to ever exist

The game was top notch in every aspect except one, the level design. In the beginning of the game, the game tells you to do something, and literally the whole rest of the game is you doing that exact same thing over and over and over again hundreds of times. The story was good for an first game, but the gameplay made it such a big setback

Bro this game was awesome with it's graphics according to 2008. I have this game on PC. It's story is fair but their are many hurt touching secene in between which can be realised only by playing it. Pop fans playing previous games expected a great game but it didn't stand their expectations. So it was not famous.

The 2008 game was great apart from it's not dying mechanics and a better AI companion during that time with a great story that rivals some of the best arabian nights stories.

Game achcha tha, music, plot, story, but gameplay dheela tha.. challenging nahi tha.. isme hum marte hi nahi.. hmesha woh ladki bacha leti hai.. gameplay difficult and challenging hona chahiye tha.. and agar trilogy ki story continue Hoti toh achcha hota.. ya ek remastered ana chaiye.. like resident evil 2.. with new graphics, new gameplay.. trilogy bohot hit Hoti..
p.s. - Donkey ka Naam Farah nahi hona chahiye tha yar 😅 we love Farah of trilogy.

I had played this game. Its a good standalone game. Story is loosely based on middle-eastern mythology.
Playing this game was like living a dream. Although I liked the game very much, I don't want UBISoft to make a sequel and ruin it.
POP game is one of the best game but deep down dude everyone likes to play openworld like GTA and assassin's creed
According to 2008 this game has the most fluid movement and platforming better then the assassin's creed.
They used AC's engine, and made it better here.

I played this game and it was one of the best PoP game ever made to be honest i even like this game more than the previous PoP games..I was really looking forward for the sequel but it suddenly stopped and it was quite disappointing that Ubisoft was only focused on their profits and forgotten about their fans and i strongly condemned Ubisoft for this....But i want this PoP game to continue its story because the story, the prince , the music , the concept everything was stunning....I really really want a new sequel of this game...

The game was good enough but one thing it lacked was the sequence on which Prince of Persia games run. There were so many secondary tasks to complete there was no particular sequence on which the game has to be played. There were repetitive missions and tasks. I used to get stuck so often in this game but overall I used to enjoy. Though it can't match the mainstream PoP parts.

I never played assasin creed even after installation...as they discontinued prince of persia series. I avoid most of the games from ubisoft now. :-)

This is just my own theory. Arahman and elika is connected.... Elika died everytime she sealed arahman away. So most possible outcome is elika is arahman herself..... As we knw prince of persia was a kind of time traveler and so may be arahman wants his help to travel around all the time lines to recreat or regain his lost power with the help of Prince but as prince of persia dint have his sand dagger along so arahman tricked him as elika to earn his trust. And may be in the next sequel we can see elika is not a good person in fact she is the arahman herslf. Cause in the game we can clearly see tht elika knows every weakness of arahman. It's quite strange. Our prince is always a mess.... He always falls into danger UNWILLINGLY. So the danger found him again as elika. And if u guys can notice... The story of the game is trapped in a time loop. Elika died her father revived her releasing arahman. Elika died again this time prince revived her doing the same. So it's trapped in a time loop and only the person remains in the loop is elika. So only way out frm this loop may be killing this elika.
There is actually a sequel to the game in ds It's called the fallen king. But it also ended in a cliff hanger.

This game was fantastic the graphics the sound each of everything was mind blowing and the rest of all PRINCE OF PERSIA parts was good. Ubisoft should think about another sequel because I'm maniac about prince of Persia.
Fighting style was different, the story was good and it needed a good sequel, never expect good ending sometimes strange endings are also good like stranger things season 3
