Nice video! In Australia it is lucky if you get a full house even in a smaller area for under about $500 Australian weekly. That is probably around 70,000 pesos monthly. In the city it is double that for an apartment.
What a nice little house. It needs aircon and a hot water heater. I think the place next to the sink is for the gaz range, but then I wonder where you have to put the fridge. Not much place in the bedrooms to put wardrobes, but then if you're just two you can turn the second bedroom into a dressing. Can't beat that price!

looks nice, but only 2 plugs in kitchen, one for frig and one for microwave. nothing for any other electrical components. the nice thing I like is the outside house look with yard is really nice. If I were there now instead of in november, I'd be very interested in this house. I don't mind buying a frig, microwave, couch, loveseat, bed, wardrobe, hot water for shower, everything else I might need.
How far is a larger city for shoppimg and nightlife? Thank you for the tour it is a very reasonably-priced house. P.S I'm single, that is why I asked, thank you again.
There are dogs in some portions of the subdivision, but I have found that when they get accustomed to you they stay quiet. Not much karaoke at all here. Thanks!
You will like mindoro I been in calapan and explored lots areas there The place you showed looks really nice i am back at end of month if still available like to view
My girlfriend and I also like Mindoro and we almost bought some land. Maybe in the future. we enjoy the boat ride from Batangas. What area of the island are you thinking of buying?
