There's a Better Way to Organize Elixir Configuration Files

When the configuration files in a codebase are hard to understand it slows down development, increases errors, and makes everyone's life harder. I've found that the default Elixir configuration file structure makes changing configs more difficult than it needs to be. Fortunately I came across a better way to organize these files. Try it out for yourself and profit.
