How come you can't withdraw your coins to an external wallet? I have found that on crypto exchanges you can often find a support email once you get past the ai chatbots. I've not specifically tried with Kraken though. You can also try typing "get human" to the chat bot
You maybe best contacting Kraken about that one as im unsure. Also dont contact anyone from here handing out watsapp or telegram numbers as they are scammers. Make sure to go to Krakens own website.

Unfortunately it's standard across all crypto exchanges as It's how they make money. Normally fees can be lowered by using the trading portion of an exchange rather than buying direct on a credit/debit card

This application is not safe. Every time I want to withdraw my money, it says the service is not available. I do not recommend it
