I would have said nearly all their income is earned by spread fees and overnight fees as it is a fee free trading site. TBH after years of doing copy trading i found the S&P500 is more profitable in the long term. There maybe more skilled traders out there now on etoro but i havent bothered checking in a long time. I also do think its a bit rubbish they removed that option because if for example you copied me, some of my positions i opened ages ago and if you copied me now then it is far from the price i opened them at. There was a reason why i never copied open trades

Deposit of crypto or fiat currency?

How come you can't withdraw your coins to an external wallet? I have found that on crypto exchanges you can often find a support email once you get past the ai chatbots. I've not specifically tried with Kraken though. You can also try typing "get human" to the chat bot

This is often the argument of Traditional Finance that they have no monetary value. Traditional currencies are backed by the GDP of a country but now crypto currencies are sometimes argued to be commodities like gold for example. Whereby its worth what people think it is at the time. I cant give financial advice and just cause something dips, it doesnt mean it will ever recover again but obviously if an asset does recover its a good way to make money (not financial advice)

@@GetGeekFinance I don't have a time machine, but I think il buy £100 of bitcoin when it's low, and ignore it for a few years, then hopefully I will get 5 k in 2030 ..that's the plan 😄. I'm pretty skint, so can't do much more than that, I could play with small amounts monthly buying low and selling high, but the fees are quite steep so this probably wouldn't be worthwhile.

@@David-fr9ve right now is about the lowest its been since February of this year but there is "a possibility" (no guarantees) it may go lower in the short term as there is an old bankrupt/hacked exchange that is set to offload around $9 billion to creditors any day now. Time will tell (not financial advice)

yeah tradingview should do that. Theres an app and a website but you'll have to pick the price point. Delta is also a good one which will just send notifications to your phone of any big(ish) movements in crypto

Unfortunately it's standard across all crypto exchanges as It's how they make money. Normally fees can be lowered by using the trading portion of an exchange rather than buying direct on a credit/debit card
