I live in chronic pain 24 hours a day. Long story but it is really hard to get my health back to where it needs to be. I used to be an avid walker and watched what I ate. But life has a way of changing you. But I really am so proud of you. And these diys are again just get better and better. I’ve said before and still say. You are 100% the best on RUclips. Your ideas are always so high end. And I just love the way you still get so weak kneed talking about your husband! Sweetest thing ever! Just keep being you! Love your channel!
I am so sorry. I totally understand. I would recommend also, if you are able to see a holistic doctor I have done that myself and seen much better results than with traditional doctors and prescriptions but I think there’s a balance in all things. I’m glad we have regular doctors too!

Oh gosh. I never even drank soda but it was easier to drink more water from a cup with a straw than without I think when people are used to drinking fountain drinks all the time they are used to having a straw so if you put your water in a cup with a straw you will find you will drink it more than you think❤
