@@Hubb017 it literally is, they wrote this song as a parody to those unironic love songs that get creepy after you stop to actually listen to the lyrics. The problem is they did a way too good work at it and everybody now thinks it's another love song.

I always thought the original tune fit it perfectly as a great stalker would be more deceptive but with a hint of something thats off. If you listen to andy summers guitar part, he's the one who implies that offness when hes outlining a dissonant chord in the main riff. And I love how it comes to that section every now and then sort of throwing the listener off as sometimes the chord ends the riff right before it loops again
This rendition is way damn too in your face and doesnt feel stalkerish at all. Feels more confronting

As a huge fan of Rammstein I'm always scared to listen to anyone trying to sound like them because most times it sounds like a parody. You, however, showed the essence of this band's style with great taste. It sounds so close to Deutschland or Ich will and at the same time you still kept what's crucial to Every Breath You take, great work!

Except that whenever someone makes, they make in their most modern way as of lately or how Du Hast sounds, because the synth in a dead giveaway to the Untitled and Zeit albums, more Untitled than Zeit, some small takeaways from the song Angst is in here as well. If I had to compare older Rammstein that was 10 years before the Untitled Album, then there is no comparison besides voice maybe.
I wish someone would get the essence of Rammstein in such manner, that the song they would make would sound completely different than whatever Rammstein made, but still sounded Rammstein, and not as a specific song or song mix which usually is the case, since people when doing Rammstein style, they take one or few specific songs and mix them together, and you can hear completely from which songs they took either inspiration or the style of play.

In this version, the true background of the song really comes into its own. In the original version it sounds more like a love song, but here you realise that the song is actually about stalking... with the Rammstein vibes, it's really perfectly realised. Goosebumps!
Yeah. A LOT of the Police's songs are pretty creepy. Imagine that. Gordon Sumner (Sting), a former schoolteacher writing songs like these.

This is actually what makes Police's song over the top. Roxane, Every breath you take, can't stand losing you, etc. those are extremely creepy songs that flew over everyone's head and passed as genuine love song. Having been more obvious would not have made them better.
And ironically, the Rammstein lens is a blast as well.

@fartcannon-wg5ol some of the lyrics are "every vow you break" and "every smile you fake" so I always took it to be a song by someone who was dumped and didn't take it well. Was he betrayed? I don't know but the lyrics give the impression that the "singer" thinks so.

Instrumental talent aside, your vocal range when it comes to impressions of other vocalists is kind of mind-blowing. I don't know how much you're editing the audio but either way, for most of your songs, if someone told me that it was the actual vocalist and I only heard the audio, I'd probably believe them.

I've been a Rammstein fan for over 25 years. I always dislike the covers and imitations because not everybody has that "something" that Till has in his voice. I don't know what it is, but it isnt simply the low register. You come very very very close and I really liked this song and the imitation. Very well done. Work that voice, you could maybe at point sound perfectly similar to Till!
