FYI: It's not "90 kilo-volts PER ampere". The generators don't output 90,000 volts. They output 115 volts. The correct phrase is "90 Kilo-Volt-Amps" or "KVA" which is roughly 90,000 Watts. What you said is 90,000 volts.
