    Thank you meredith for another fantastic workout!! The workout was so much fun doing it at home !! Using Resistance bands is great way to build muscles and recover from injuries. I need this kind of workout to help strengthen my hips, glutes, and back!! All 3 are very weak. That's why I keep injuring my back . Luckily I found meredith !! She is a wonderful fitness instructor !! She modifies the workouts so everyone can do them !! You are amazing Meredith!! Looking forward to you next fitness video !! Have a great day !! 🙂

    I did this earlier, I really enjoyed it, I must have worked a little harder than I thought, I’m quite stiff and achy.
    Need to stretch I think.

    This was just what I needed. I'm 8 wks out from knee replacement. It's going well but slow. This video was perfect for strengthening my quads which are not very strong. Still doing PT.

    My favorite! I love that I can use heavier bands if I want so make it harder. My husband use the lighter bands since he (and I ) both have mtn bike shoulder and back injuries. I’ve been able to heal my shoulders so much with the arm workout on this video!! Thanks! Going to look for your spot to donate!!

      Yes, the loop band will help strengthen the hips and outer thighs. So you will be able to do laying side leg lifts.

      Helen, that is a perfect way to do it. Alternate between strength training and cardio. Give the body time to recover after muscles break apart, that day between is needed for proper recovery. Don’t forget to add balance and stretching workouts into the mix also! Keep up the great work!!
