I’m glad I came across this video. Been wanting the Cameo Pro but wasn’t sure b/c I want to do paper crafts. The fact that you showed you can cut multiple things on the mat won me over! Thxs for this video

My mat slides around in mine. I tried it without the mat and the vinyl is sliding around. What am I doing wrong

why Cameo didn't opt for Rubber Rollers similar to Graphtec and other inexpensive Chinese plotters. For that price they could've made Grip important
I want a pro so bad they are sold out everywhere

Unfortunately, I have to add to the list of reviews highlighting the nonexistent customer service or support. I purchased a Cameo 4 plus 7 months ago. The machine powered off during a cut and won't power back on. Every attempt at contacting support has been unsuccessful. This is a valuable lesson when selecting a new product. Product reviews are important, but more than that are reviews about customer service. Silhouette doesn't have bad customer service. THEY HAVE NONE!

Can we use our regular size mat or do we always have to use the 24x24?
The rollers are adjustable to accommodate smaller mat sizes. I use my 12 x 12" mat all the time in my Pro!
Hi I love the classes and this platform. I am very interested in purchasing a Silhouette. I have a question, is there a difference between the Cameo Pro and Cameo 4 Pro?
The Cameo 4 Pro is the proper name. The only "Pro" is the Cameo 4 Pro.

Hi I have a question. When I load my vinyl upto the inside notch I can't get my vinyl to go through the first roller. Is this because the vinyl backing is too thick?

Yes, this Cameo Pro machine cuts crepe paper with the rotary blade (sold separately).
You don't show or explain where the rolls should be sitting on the machine to cut on the 24" vinyl
Can the Pro cut acrylic? If so, what thickness?

I did not, but you certainly could with a spray sealant.
Can this Machine Cut , 3mm Foam Board ?

Absolutely! I use the Pro to cut everything I would with my smaller machines. :)
What if I need to cut something thats longer than the mat. I have a banner that's 60 inch long. Can this machine Cut that. Do you have longer mats or do I just put the vinyl in without the mat.?
Yes, you can absolutely cut vinyl without a mat. I show this in the video starting at about 19 minutes in.
The autoblade goes to zero but sometimes doesn't count up. Am I doing something wrong?
You may want to make sure the blade housing is aligned, and also make sure you do not load your mat or media to the left of the guide lines. To reset your blade housing, turn off the machine, then slide the carriage back and forth 2-3 times and leave it to the right before turning the machine back on. If you need further help, please reach out to Silhouette Support.

Not happy with this machine
I noticed her machine is not nearly as loud as mine. Mine also makes a clanking sound. Is there a secret?
Mine is loud also
The machine is louder than the video makes it seem, but the microphone does not pick it up in the video. :) You get used to it. I'm not sure what you mean by a clanking sound.
So boring to listen too.
