I only stack draw 2 cards on top of draw 2 and draw 4 on top of draw 4 cards to avoid somebody drawing 32 cards at once.
@@JKamron-1 our group of friends stack any plus cards on top of any other plus card. It ended with a magnificent chain where an unlucky guy had to draw 30+ cards. Glorious chaos.

Reverses also don't skip when played in two player mode, it's just a house rule a lot of people use. I mean think about it, all a reverse does is make the person to your left go next instead of right (or vice versa). Well when its the same person either way, then nothing really changes.
And also when you have one card and said UNO the last card you put can't be a special one, must be a number

UNO in a nutshell: multiple reverse, skip, and draw 2+ or worse, draw 4+ cards.
