I have 8 years' experience into different profile currently switching my career into data analytics so i have done the data analytics course & i have got the internship certificate but that's not paid wala internship its free internship means i have the certificate but pay slip i don't have as i was not their full time employee. so now in my resume i have shown the internship projects that is the only proof for my data anlytics experince . now i am getting some calls from the recruiter but they are asking for relevant experience so can i tell them the internship one but if i will tell them the internship one as its not paid one will they agree or can you please guide me how to convey them?

you can join IITM BS course for data science.You are coming from a complete different background that shows your good interest in data science.
I suggest you to watch official video from IITM channel expalining about course before joining.
Its online except exams on sundays (offlline) so you can pursue it along with your msc degree if you wish
