Okay this info is good but I’m not seeing anyone explaining details about occupancy certification, how to get the ein numbers, where to get your permits, how to get them. Just touching that subject a little bit. I know each state is different but just to get some type of understanding of what’s going on would be helpful to me! ❤️
Occupancy certification is normally done in most states is done by the building owners not the leaser the can not lease to you without having a occupancy certification. If your buying a building as long as it isn’t newly built you do not have to get an oc unless it going from retail to residential. Hope this late late response help.
@@lisar.2549no an EIN is associated with getting a registered business or an LLC, S-Corp Etc. But whenever you purchase your LLC/ S-Corp. they’ll send you an EIN automatically
Yep I bought everything we used at school and that was the easiest way for me and I got a spa kit from starpil and bought a microdermabrasion and high frequency machine and some hydrojellys

Need more details because there are so many permits out here and most can be agreed upon with the building owners.
