I'm not sure about the timing, why they keep going back to 9:38 pm. Are these different nights? Arent' the clothes the same? I just am not following the logic.
Adam Rupp (the beat boxer) did the arrangement on this fun song. His arrangements are quite complex. He arranged "Do You Hear What I Hear?" and it's another complex masterpiece. Very beautiful. They always sound like a million bucks.
Beardy boy that was funny! When my son was a senior in high school, 2010 he had a full beard looked just like Rob from Home Free! He was with his friend they made an illegal U turn, got pulled over, the driver gave his license to the cop, then he looks at my son and says we’ll, what about you beardy man? We died laughing about that one! Still laugh to this day! Some day I’m going to go to a Home Free concert, try to get back stage and introduce Rob to his younger brother my son Tommy! He is a clone of Rob down to the glasses and stocky build! Should be funny! His little brother from another mother! ❤
The guys in an arch from left to right. Tim Foust bass, Austin Brown sky high tenor, Rob Lundquist lead tenor, Chris Rupp baritone and his little brother Adam Rupp beatboxer. Truly enjoyed watching your reaction to this song.
This is such a fun video. Reminds me of the movie "Groundhog Day" where the same day is repeated over & over. Love Tim's super low bass in this one & Adam's beatboxing. It is so funny watching Tim getting all the extra drinks from Rob & the faces he makes. It is about being tempted but staying faithful to your mate. Drinking too much can let your guard down. In the end Rob goes home with his real wife who picks him up from the bar.
I have to listen to them every day. I'm addicted! Beatie boy is Adam. He's won world championships for beatboxing. Bassie boy is Tim. He goes 5 octives and has blown speakers with his lowest. Rob smooth voice and beard is 2nd tenor. Austin is 1st tenor and Chance is baritone and bass. He made the sound of the mouth harp in Man of constant sorrow. Love watching them with you.
I would love to see you react to some of their new music. How about "Brothers In Arms"? Tim and Chance do fantastic on the lead. All the guys were terrific, as usual. Love your reactions, keep up the good work!
As far as I'm concerned, you can review everything Home Free does; for fun, Google their appearances several years ago on a summer TV show called The Sing Off. I think they won it that year and all of their stuff was great, but they did a joint number with a group called the Filharmonics that was just off the charts fun. On another subject, have you ever reviewed anything by Collabro? They won Britains Got Talent in 2014 (marvelous auditions) and have just gotten better. They just released a version of Bridge Over Troubled Water that is gorgeous.
I love your reactions to Home Free!! Someone has already identified Rob’s ride as his wife. In addition, Tim’s wife (Jenika Marion) is the blonde sitting in the booth and the guy who waves at Rob is a friend of Rob’s (Beugs-can’t remember his full name) who appears in several of Home Free’s videos. A little more minute: Jenika is also a musician and appears in multiple videos in addition to accompanying both Tim and Austin in their back yard events; Beugs and Rob have a podcast called Avid Indoorsmen where they talk mostly about movies.
HI Lana 👋 THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️ for the lovely 🎉SuperThanks🎉 I’m hooked and I’m going nowhere. They are too talented and a lot of fun. 👏"Bing, bong, bingy dingy boo"👏 sing along, you know the words! Thanks again Lana ❤️
Our guys NEVER disappoint and while most of their music just makes you smile, even their more serious music hits the emotions exactly right and is just one more reason they are THE BEST vocal group in the business.
He should check out some of Austin's solos.. lol. Or even the group ones where he features... Would blow his mind. They bring the harmonies. I could suggest Voiceplay too, but they aren't as folk/country. Might want to check out some of Avi's new singles.. he has 'that voice'... LOL Some people are bards.
Great reaction as always! Home Free has so many amazing songs and always delivers. Would love to hear you react to their covers of Bless the Broken Road, Blue Ain’t Your Color, or their original Catch Me if You Can. Thanks for your reactions.
Tim Foust - Bass - 5 octave range (Born in Texas, lives in Tennessee) . Rob Lundquist - Tenor - Home Free Teddy Bear (Lives in Minnesota Adam Rupp - Beat boxer - He swallowed a drum kit and much more - Lives in Minnesota Austin Brown - High tenor - Home Free Heart throb (Born in Georgia, lives in Tennessee) Chance (Adam Chance) - Baritone/Bass - (Born in Florida, moved to Arkansas and lives in California
I just love how much fun they are having in this video. Their goofy antics always have me laughing 😅🤣. But these vocals were outstanding. Robs voice was perfect for this one. I already loved this Andy Grammer song and what a great cover . Thank for reacting to HomeFree my all time favorite band. ❤😊✌
Barry PL$EASE cover their latest one next....it's just spectacular, it's a cover of a Dolly Parton song....Frome here to the moon & back.....you'll love it
Always LOVE your Home Free reactions, Barry! This is so much fun! Every time Rob takes a drink, the night starts over at 9:38PM! He's trying to "be true" to his real life wife who picks him up at the end of the video! More Home Free...ALWAYS! Their original "Catch Me If You Can" is a great song & video! 😊
I love it when YT gives me my favorite songs in my notifications. Bump. Speaking of "Honey, I'm good". How ya keeping? Feeling any better? Missing our Barry.
Barry, I would watch you react to a phone book. Of course you should react to more Home Free, PTX, whatever your heart desires. Your BBs are here for you!
I can reach that low note, but under no circumstances is it every day, nor do I look as relaxed as Tim does. It craves tons of concentration on relaxing my vocal cords and even a bigger ton of air in my lungs.
Such a fun video! Home Free is currently trying to get some European dates on their tour schedule. I'd highly suggest, if you get a chance, to see them live.
Can't say this enough you just going to go farther and farther down this rabbit hole.. They have the most beautiful arrangements of songs and their voices are like angels..
Yes, again so well sung with a video that makes you laugh again.😂 I think they also have so much fun in real life. They just don't have those drinking hours of Tim and Rob anymore. And how sweet that Rob's wife came to hook him up
What a fun reaction by such an entertaining reactor! Great how you are so supportive of the artists that you watch. Subscribed to both of your channels and Home Free. Yes, Yes, and Yes!
Home free is the best A Capella group ever! They are incredibly talented. Every song they make as an original or a version from other artist, is perfection. Thank you Barry for every reaction to them.
Another fun video from Home Free. I think you are ready to watch one their serious videos that feature the two basses in the group, taking the lead in Brothers in Arms. The whole group is very versatile and all five of them can sing in the tenor range but this showcases the deep voices. In Brothers In Arms, the beatboxer also joins the two tenors for the background harmony. (To learn their names Workin For a Livin is a video that begins with subtitles to each of them with the character they portray and also shows their funny side.)
This is early Home Free, pre Adam Chance the baritone. Counting the beat boxer, there are 4 tenors in this version of the group with Tim on the bass line.
Home Free is amazing. Thank you for bringing them to your channel. They have a tremendously deep and varied library. If you are looking for suggestions: “Amazed, Try Everything, The Driver, Meet in the Middle, In the Blood, Moonshine”…… Their vocal talent is impressive, but watching them is transfixing.
That was unmistakably Austin in the central section ("yes, I assure you"). Loved your reaction as always. One of my favourite bits is right at the end, where Austin is steering Tim out of the bar, not too far from how evenings went for the band in the early days. And a nice shot of Chris Rupp dancing.
Barry!!! I use to see your vids a while ago. Sitting alone in apartment watching RUclips, your vid shows up... I hope no one heard me😂.. Because... They would have hear me screaming(with you)HI It's you Barry!!!! 😂😂 you brightened up my evening😄 now I've done all of the subcribiey things. Bye BARRY
Yes indeed - Home Free are amazing and they have so much content! But it's incredible when you guys react to it because it brings out things we've missed or take for granted. It's particularly wonderful when it's other trained vocalists, coaches, entertainers, and teachers -- because you can explain it at an even more technical level, which is interesting to learn. about. SO thank you!
yes I’m sure this would be great for line-dancing. I don’t line dance, never have and I’m not sure I’d be very good at it 😂 Absolutely the video is very Groundhog Day in it’s looping style. Thanks Pat.
@@ItsmeBarry I had to reply to this because line dancing is so fun! We are taking lessons, yes we are. There are a lot of line dances out there but there are a few really popular ones! You could 2 step Barry, maybe not to this song, but to other songs. Just gotta get you some boots! Yeee hawwww 🤠 😂
I remember the tush-push. Line dancing is not exclusively Country/Western any more. Any song with the right beat will do nicely. Used to line dance years ago and you are so right, it's way fun. But alas I no longer have my boots.😢
Always love your Home Free reactions. You might like their version of Unchained Melody, as Austin (high voice guy) is quite impressive in that song. Also, he nails it in When A Man Loves A Woman. any Home Free reaction is a good reaction though. Have fun!! I agree with others, when they return to Europe make sure you go see them. Their new show is amazing!
Barry, I loved your reaction/review to this Home Free performance. I certainly hope you react to more of their recordings; there are certainly many from which to choose! Try their rendition of "When A Man Loves a Woman!" Thanks again for sharing!
I'm going to continue to encourage you check out some of the recent Voice Play releases (within the last year). They have been killing it, and just keep getting better and better.
By all means, PLEASE do more Home Free reactions!! Think of this as the 180-degree turn from one of their more recent, "Between a Rock and a Heartache" 😆 Actually this one seems very "Groundhog Day" with Rob's first sip of alcohol being the trigger for the repeat... Love the way the situation resolves--with his wife Kelsey❣️
Thank you Barry for reacting to this really fun and entertaining video! I absolutely love it, they are amazingly talented! Please continue to have them on your channel! I could listen to them 24/7! I enjoy your reactions and channels!
Hello B ☘️!!! Hello All! 👋🏻 A special shout out to my friends Eveline 💗 and Mycophile 💚, seat mates on board the Barry Bus 🚌, AKA the trouble section! 😈 Hello babe, Tim, beautiful basey voice sweets! 😂 “This One” ….. 🫡🫡🫡 Happy Bambi! 💥 Love the crows! 💕 T ✌🏻 ❤️
Beardy boy that’s funny! My son was pulled over by the cops in his H.S. Senior year with his friend driving, the police talked to y sons friend first, then they looked at my son Tommy and he said what about you Beardy Man? Yes he had a full, full beard in High School! Yes we still laugh over “Beardy Man”
Love the reaction , Bass goes so low , Tim's crowl notes are the best in the business. Love your facial reactions so surprising at this . This is so good . Love Home Free . Listen to "One Man Band " for the harmonies. Keep them coming .
Love this one...it's by Andy Grammer. So this is a cover. They do another Andy Grammer song and Rob is also featured on that one....it's called Spaceship, and it's all about Charlie being born, Rob & Kelsy's son - he's about 5 now I think.
I love Home Free! The bass is Tim. Beatbox is Adam Rupp, Tenor with beard is Rob long hair high tenor is Austin and I. This video the guy is Chris Rupp, Adams brother. Later replaced by Baratone Adam Chance ( usually just called Chance) love your reactions!!
Their fun videos usually have them doing things for the video. On their more serious songs they are usually standing in a building, field, etc singing. It gives you a chance to focus on the song. There are a couple of exceptions: One Voice and Travelling Soldier come to mind (both very beautiful songs that bring me to tears EVERY time). All their videos are AWESOME, though.

The 'high voice man' takes the lead in their 'When a Man Loves a Woman' and absolutely kills it!
And front man of the last half of Unchained Melody.

Tim's bass is unparalleld! I may have mentioned Austin started as a cruise ship performer ,& the other guys found him. The rest is history!
Tim and Rob no longer consume alcoholic beverages. Knowing that just makes these so much more fun. Great reaction as usual. Thank you again.
The guys in an arch from left to right. Tim Foust bass, Austin Brown sky high tenor, Rob Lundquist lead tenor, Chris Rupp baritone and his little brother Adam Rupp beatboxer. Truly enjoyed watching your reaction to this song.
I can't get enough of Tim's facial expressions!! Great reaction Barry!! 😉

You can literally listen to any Home Free song and not be disappointed. I think they could sing the dictionary and it would sound good.🤩
So far Home Free has never had a bad song, have loved them all some just more then others.

I agree. I love that video. Another older one that will leave you gasping is What We Ain't Got. Enjoy!

At the end that is Kelsy, Rob's real-life wife !! They have two kids Lydia and Charlie
That bass makes the group, beautiful.

I ADORE Homefree - their videos are excellent, their sound superb and your reviews are fun. Keep on doing them for us, Barry.
Tim's bass in this is so good. Any video of them doing this one live, it's even better!! 🔥 🔥 🥰🥰
More Home Free please! Try their newest Mississippi Squirrel Revival!
Love your reactions, especially Home Free. Thank you!
Fun! Love your reviews. You get so excited and happy. Great song by Home Free, with a great message.
Thanks and keep it up.
