Wow, incredible to see the moose wandering around so close to the cabin!! Wonderful meal and muffins too!! Great stuff!! Great way to get away from some of the craziness in the world!! Awesome!!
Great video Jim ,I really enjoy your videos .Your cabin looks so cozy, what a great meal and time bonding with your dogs . Thanks fr sharing and all the best
Wow!!!!! I was so impressed Jim! I enjoyed watching you cook up the moose sausage stir fry and the time you spent in your cabin. I was also impressed how you explain things and you tie it in really good while shooting your video. That is not an easy skill and you are great at it. One question: Do you ever do a follow-up on some of the products you use after you have been using them for a while? Great job!!!! I watched the fish cakes video and have started the she shed series.
Thanks Tom, it’s a challenge constantly moving the camera while trying to do things. I occasionally make a comment on the products I use. The weather is getting cooler so there will many more cabin and cook up videos. Take care
Thanks for the video. I enjoy seeing your country. Any deer there? We use a "high line" strung between 2 trees about head high. You can get no-knot rings that just loop into the line and hold the lead rope well. Horse cant really get a leg over the lead, and you can move it to different places from time to time so they don't chop up the ground too bad in one spot. Looking forward to your next one.
Thanks Glen, no deer in my province unfortunately. I plan on doing some bush over nights in my canvas prospector tent and will try the high line, I’ll set one up at home first to get them used to it. Take care
I can see the video again so I'll try the comment here again where it belongs lol. Great video, looks like some healthy moose in the area and new one on the way. Definitely looks like a dandy light, I may have to look see what the have for a tent light 1050 lumens is bright. Loves a good stir fry , actually after watching your video my wife wants stir fry for Sunday supper lol. Muffins looked great , my wife said they would be some good with butter on them , then you reached for the butter, thats just how I like them little crispy on the outside. I bought a pipe , for that reasone for in the woods but I broke it still have the same pack of tobacco I bought about 4 years ago so never used it a lot lol. Been ages since I've had a cigar in the woods , and I agree you'll never see me with a cigarette lol. That was a issue i had keeping it lit , I said it was because I don't know how to smoke lol. Have a great weekend my friend, you're definitely on our watch list and never get boring no matter how many times you went to the cabin.
Nice moose! I use these headlamps at work everyday. The battery ones are a pain especially if you have to get your own batteries. Rechargeable is the way to go and this looks very similar to another light brand actually, Tru light I believe they are called.
