All he needs is a little touch on the edge of the face and he feels the shape of the suit and the number. He then manipulates the deal as he goes to order the cards as he wants. (Dealing seconds, from the bottom, or the middle) He can also grab any number of cards in the deck or find any card by depth during his shuffles. He basically can move cards anywhere he wants. He's better blind and with touch than anyone is actually looking at the deck open. His fingers combined with his mind are a card sorting machine. There can be no one better.

The principle I should not reveal, its what Jason England released under the name Sub Rosa. Everything else is pure sleight of hand, which in his case is fucking impressive, especially the false deals.
4:10 he looks at the edge of the card and then gain 4:19 ect. He pulls the cards and flips the end to look and then goes back to the deck. He is checking to make sure not a face card. Then rub back and forth until you find a card you want. There are a ton of trick and techniques.

He tells you he "sees: with his fingers. I guarantee you if you stopped him after dealing 3 cards and said give me the deck and then washed them; not shuffled them, and then said continue he would not be able to do it.
dali landolsi I did not know he was blind. Some people I have seen were not as advanced and would look to check that they picked the deck correctly. So pulling to start a deal and then going back to the deck is sometimes mechanic work.
+Daniel Teer Well I know this comment is like 6 months late, but Richard Turner can actually FEEL the cards and ofcourse he has very bright mind....the biggest card manufacturing company in US actually hired him to design better cards, thanks to his amazing sense of touch...and he has been practicing and practicing with cards ever since he was 7 and even more so when he started to get blind at age of 9.....he said that he has been practicing with cards like 3rd of his entire life 24/7 and he still keeps going, every day he keeps on practicing, that's how he got as talented as he is. There is even vid where he does all of this entirely blind folded, just to make sure those of you who would doubt that he is blind. He truly is one of a kind, he has even managed to beat many of the other "card magicians" in their own game.

And on top of that I can do majority of them myself. false shuffles for sure, from riffle to push trough and pull trough, zarrow, all kind of them. I can do dozens of false cuts, like up the ladder and similar,ofc I can do also few cut nulifiers also. And about deals, I can do seconds, strike though not push off as Turner does, I can do bottoms, greeks and a half ass centre deal. And all those, with hundreds of other sleghts on top will not alloud you to do what he does here. The deck is gimmicked, reverse stripper to be precise. Or even more precise not deck, but certain cards are. If you want to know which ones you simply observe which tricks he does with which deck. Youll pick up pretty fast which cards are gaffed in which deck. Dude, you have no clue who are you talking about, I really dont understand how ppl who know what are few sleights think that they are suddenly experts in card magic or gambling routines. So, Ill repeat, by the very statement you wrote in first comment, its OBVIOUS that you dont know enough about cards. No person who knows enough will watch this and immidiately not see things that just cant be done without gaffing cards.
I see the grip very easily and he track loads when he shuffles. He has awsome control on the load track, but the mechanic grip is easy for me to see. He is dealing from the top middle and bottom. When you load track shuffle you can keep track of were the suits are. Then he uses his thumb, index, and middle finger and 'rubs back and forth" counting through the deck and loads. This is how he keeps track of where the cards are. When you see this grip, a funny guy, and the thumb and two fingers rubbiing back and forth. Tell them to stop or get up and leave.

I caught almost all the moves, but he is legally blind, so locating the cards is a bit of difficult for him :/

No, this can be done with a normal poker card deck. You need to know false riffle shuffle, false cuts, second dealing, bottom dealing...
