I NEVER tingle, and sub'd because, up to this point, you're, hands down, the only ASMRtist to consistently give me REAL tingles. Don't know how, but you pull it off every time.
Hey Dalton! ☺ Wow, you really are so authentic in these medical role plays, sometimes I really forget you're not a real doctor at all, lol. 😅 And if every real doctor was as reassuring as you, there probably wouldn't be any stressed out patients at all. Maybe all real exams should just be done in whisper mode, haha. 😂 But all joking aside, I think the topic for this video, stress and tension, is extremely important in today's hectic world. It is still far too often underestimated that this has so much to do with our health and well-being. And I think it's great that you've made this the main point here. 👍 Everything you do runs like a central theme through the entire video. You always explain very precisely what the process will be like and which tests, exercises and treatments you want to do, and how and why. You also ask important questions and always talk to me in a reassuring way. I always feel understood and in good hands and stay relaxed. 😌 You say that you tend to talk too much (6:14) and that I can ignore that, but it's precisely all that talking and whispering of yours that triggers the pleasant tingling sensation 😍 in me, which I definitely can't and don't want to ignore. Actually, I feel the same way about writing. You can ignore what I write if you want, lol. But it would be kind of boring without communication. 😉 Your voice is really quite important. I'm usually someone who prefers whispering, because soft speaking is often still far too loud for me, especially when I'm falling asleep. But you really should speak softly much more often, because you really manage to speak so extremely softly that it's perfect for me. The vibrations you create with your voice are amazing. It's an extremely warm and pleasant tone of voice 🥰 that you have, which has such a calming effect. I can't really describe it, but listening to you just makes people feel good. It's pure magic! 💖✨ And what I particularly liked was that you gave some really good and helpful advice 👍 towards the end (45:07 - 46:49), which anyone can easily implement to counteract stress and tension or perhaps prevent it from arising in the first place. One point that is quite important to me is to pay attention to our own thoughts. 💭 There's a very vivid quote that I read a while ago: “Your mind is a garden 🌹 your thoughts are the seeds 🌻 you can grow flowers 🌷 or you can grow weeds.” 🥀 They say that what we send out comes back to us in exactly the same way. So it is advisable to think as positively as possible to feel good. 😄 I would also like to add the following things to your advice, which can help to avoid stress: - Hug a lot! 🤗 - Laugh a lot! 🤣 - Be creative! 🎨 - Sing and dance! 🎶💃 - Eat a healthy diet! 🥗+🍫 😉 - Do some brain training! 🧠💪 - Talk to someone about your worries! 🗣 - Do silly things and have fun like a kid! 🎉🤪 And the most important thing you forgot to mention: Watch as much ASMR as possible!!! 🙃 It also helps to relieve stress and tension, to relax and to fall asleep as we all know. 🙂 Thank you Dalton, 🤗❤ for this thematically important video with good tests, pleasant treatments and interesting questions, which I diligently answered in my mind so that you don't have to read any more. 😉 As always, it relaxed 😌 me so much that it put me to sleep 😴 wonderfully, which I did the last two nights, so I had to watch the end of the video during the day to get your valuable advice as well. I also find it very interesting how you always get me to focus on you and your instructions for the tests and the questions. I think it's also a good distraction from my own real problems in a certain way. 😅 What I would also find interesting would be a visit to the psychologist who should urgently treat me for my tingle addiction. What do you think? 🙃🙏😻 Otherwise, I will now indulge this still untreated addiction of mine and go to my safe, peaceful place called my bed, 🛏 here in the countryside, 🌳 far away from the city. 🏙 There, with my soft green 💚 thoughts, I will ponder why I always felt as hot 😍 as summer and as tired 🥱 as winter during your treatment. My mood has just hit midnight. 🌙🕛 I feel like Cinderella 👸✨ who has lost track of time ⏰ and urgently needs to get home 🏠 from the ball 🎶💃 before the magic ✨ wears off and everything has changed back. 🔄 So thank you again and good night! 😴 P.S. What a bummer! 🤦♀ I couldn't control myself again 🤭 and ended up answering some of your questions in a somewhat hidden way. Find them! 😜💚
As always, my fav time stamps trying not to fall asleep (Funny and relaxing) 3:24 we’re gonna take care of all of that 😏😏 5:10 relax and have a seat right there 5:35 face touching and moving 5:57 inaudible and repetition 😻 8:25 random cracking + bikes in the backgrounds (engines relax me lol) 8:59 talking in the back 14:22 breathing into the mic 15:14 blank moment with background sounds 15:33 🤨 looking at you suspiciously 23:30 knocking us out to sleep 23:55 mic blowing 27:52 small strokes
