Go to that estate agents,in Ballyboffay and ask them why they can't sell a house to a Irish person. That's been sitting on the market for nearly a year.
The Vendor is obviously waiting for the Government to step in with an offer. There's been 6 homes on the Market for Years where i live on Cork. Just sheer greed in most cases
