- Hej mina vänner! I picked some tingly words in Swedish to repeat in order to help you sleep, accompanied by hand movements. Please be kind, I am still learning the language and I don’t have many opportunities to speak it (except this channel!) I’m much better at reading and writing than speaking. Swedish is a Germanic language, so that's probably why.
