19:54 I almost forgot to do this bit myself!ha..where your sat now mate, use some of your closed foam insulation to fill the floor ridge voids and then foil tape .. last thing you want is when it’s raining and open the back door for water to get under the floor 👍🏼 ..I’ll be honest too..I made not far off the same mistake as you with the floor where the ply joins!ha also big shout to Ella for the colour choices, itl look lovely 😊

Great editing on this video! Van coming along well. From my own research.... At the minute I'm thinking that a vapor barrier is a good thing!

Waffling bit made me laugh 😅 love your intro and edits in general! The batten throw and set up like a factory 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 (learning loads from you for our edits!!) - I reckon we took longer to insulate our floor 😂 had a smile throughout the whole video! Didn’t know that about the floor meeting in the middle at the back either - we ended up cutting the last piece as straight as we could and it just came up smaller but covered the width (if that makes sense?) - can so relate to the mess that gets made and the weather being all over the shop 😂 question: do you have note of where battens are for when floor is down and you’re fitting your furniture / bed and stuff or do you have all your measurements for that already done??? (Ps love Greg Virgoe also!!) - we’ve learned so much about the vapour barrier stuff - we also imitated him!

@@life_uncharted unfortunately not, no - we got our last one up Wednesday and are endeavouring for Sunday next week and then hopefully on that rhythm of every Sunday again!

@@onroutetonowhere it's hard work trying to get a video a week up isn't it! I don't think none youtubers realise. I'm looking at it as a full time job once we get the van done and hit the road.

Thank you 👍😁. I'm not sure. It's a Mercedes garage, a big one. They seem to be stripping down sprinters in the back. But are the sprinter and crafter seats not the same? 🤷♂️

@@stevewaslin7171 it's just one of the mechanics in back who advertised it on Facebook. Look for sprinter seats around Oldham. He has a permanent advert up. The seat in the photo has a bright green base.

Ha ha. Yeah taller than me now and that's all that matters. IKEA seemed like a good place to have a good walk about and look at colour schemes
