Great video man - tryna find a way to do this on hitfilm but this definitely helped :)
What's the effect at 0:01?
Great vid. Btw, whats your thumbnail font?
Template?
Some next lvl Peter McKinnon stuff!
Gotta show us how to make some simple logo intros dude!
I can't get this to work. When I create an animate my graphic layer and then duplicate it, whatever effect i did on the single image/shape (like say a rotation) then gets applied the duplicates as an entire group instead (rotating around the anchor point of the original) rather than each duplicate rotating by itself as in your comp. Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?
Nevermind. I nested the original shape animation in a precomp and then added the Repetile to the precomp layer and then they all moved individually. And if you are working in a 3D main comp, you need to have the collapse transformations switch turned off.
Your a genius bro 😎
hot
How do you did composition looks like a floor ( example at the video beginning)?
With camera?
hey! I was wondering as well, with some playing around the effect is achievable by turning the comp into a 3D layer, setting the X rotation to -66 (you could set it to higher for a longer horizon) and make sure the repetile effect is expanded somewhere around 4000 in each direction. For the rotating animation, move the anchor point slightly to either side on the X axis, make a keyframe for Z Rotation at the beginning, move forward to 30 seconds and set the first 0 in 0x0.0° to 1 (this makes it a full rotation which makes it loopable). Hope this helped!

How much ram do you need for after effects
I would recommend 32-64gb. I have 8gb and it freezes for me sometimes. www.pugetsystems.com/recommended/Recommended-Systems-for-Adobe-After-Effects-144/Hardware-Recommendations#:~:text=If%20you%20don't%20have,them%20at%20the%20same%20time.
I have 16gb and it works decent
i love your vids but you move really fast
