*And as amazing as this year was for you, this year was only about HALF the size of Nall in the years just before the Pandemic & vendor grievances.* I didn't see any International flight teams, and foreign pilots and manufacturer's representatives and such. Amazing, but you should have seen it before!

Haven't been in sometime, can't remember the last year I was able to attend. Had to give up flying 2012 due to my eyesight and depth perception.. If Any RC enthusiast has never visited this event I personally guarantee you will not be disappointed!!! Great video!
I’ve been going to this venue since 05. I was never able to go to the other venue they had before in the 80s and 90s but I heard it was epic also. They’re full scale Events are worth checking out also.
I have watched many videos from Joe Nall, but I really liked your take on it. It was genuine and from a newcomers viewpoint. I have always wanted to attend, but crowds are intimidating.
If you have a chance to go, do it. You will not regret it. Yes, their is a lot of people there but the property is so big you don't realize how many people are there. And everyone there is so welcoming you'd think you've known them your whole life
I wish we had those here all of our hobby shops are closing and the air field here is always canceling there events! I'm glad for people like you that keep the hobby going! Thank you!😀😀😀😀😀😀

I just watched this vid until the end. Nall is a top-notch event. My wife and I have been twice, and once to Nall in the Fall. The pilot with the big Leonardo turbine is a member of our club in Georgia. He has some amazing planes! Keep up the fabulous videos Nate and Abbie!

Nate, thanks for taking me to Joe Nall! Wish I could get this much time off of work to come down sometime before I retire. I met TJ at Flite Fest and through Flite Test. Glad to see he does more than RC cars for Horizon. Did he fly his drone?

Glad you got to finally experience Joe Nall. I went 14 years in a row until Covid hit and and haven’t made it back since May of 2019. How ever I have flown full scale in last year. 😁🤙🏼
I care for my 92 year old father for 10 years now, who is handicapped. He'd absolutely love this show, but I'm not sure he could make the drive. I'll be coming when dad is no longer here. We live in Spokane WA. Love your channel

Next time you think of going back. Rent an rv and have them drop it at Nall. Then when you're done they come and pick it up after the event. That way the kids and Abby can come too.. Check into it. I still think that's an available option for Nall
My mate and I went in 2015 it was part of a bucket list roadtrip. If you go, I would suggest you go for the second weekend, that's when they have their huge BBQ and the most planes and pilots will be there. I would agree that it's the greatest model aeroplane show in the world. You will need to drive and take a spare case for what you buy there. I hope you make it and enjoy it. I really would like to go back again.
I got to at least make it to Joe Nall for the first weekend, unfortunately wasn't able to stay past Sunday. Such an incredible event, its a shame I wasn't able to catch you there!

Our event isn't until June ,Father's Day. Cuz we're in Northern Ontario and weather sucks 'til Summer. Moi drones DJI flyer , very interested in planes, eflite cubs. Sweet video. Happy flying no whammy.✌️

Thanks for this insight into the US RC Aeromodelling event scene Nate. Real sense of you didn't know which direction to look because it was just too much to take in in one go. As you said, 'like a kid in a sweet shop'. 😍 Reminds me of a big music festival with multiple stages all playing top bands at the same time. As you say you can't possibly experience it all, but what you do is great! Please don't beat yourself up too much about not being able to take Abby and the litlun's this time. By going on you're own 1st, you'll have scouted out how it works so they can enjoy it when they join you in future. Love to you all, from the UK. 👍👍
Cool video, I've heard of Joe Nall, a friend of mine has been in rc and took some planes down there to fly some years ago. I've been involved in rc since 1989, but hadn't gotten into the flying yet. I picked up one of the Harbor Freight P51's two or three years ago I've never put together. I thought it would be a good one to crash lol. Maybe I should get it out. Anyway thanks for all you and Abby do.

My grandpa has been there a long time ago in early 80s and he flew a 12 foot scratch built c130 he built it out of wood and foam with his own design

I have always admired the RC WORLD. The only thing that I have yet to learn is the flying but can't afford that.
