Buying a sound bar changed my life! For the longest time it didn’t dawn on me that the skinnier TVs got, the less room there was for speakers. It drove me crazy having to raise the volume to 100 just to hear what people were saying. Bought a cheap $150 Vizio sound bar and never looked back 👍
I'm 56 and I have to set up every one's home theater systems. I fell the pain so much. This episode was great. I never have laughed so much 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Foley, when using a soundbar, make sure to mute/disable TV speakers -- usually located in the audio settings of your TV.

I agree that the Polk Audio soundbars are GARGBAGE. I had one that would go full blast on the volume randomly....bought another one as it tied into the home theater system and it is stuck in Demo mode, cant control the volume or vocal volume. If it wasn't for the rear speakers and subwoofer id toss it all and get a new set from scratch

Ok this makes me laugh as a Deafie. My husband is a massive tech guy and an engineer for Tesla, so everything is super decked out. He always is going off about sound or visual quality and I’m just sitting with things partly functioning for months totally fine, and he wants to tear his hair out 😹

Worst speakers ever on a TV but thats the trend on TV's . Hooked it up to a proper 2.1 system for the Bass alone..
My brother used to be like Kippy who didn't care about the sound quality he would just turn up the volume real high until we had to move in together again. I had a sound bar, I came home from work and he had a big ol smile on his face and a big blunts in his mouth "Grand theft Auto sounds amazing on your bar"

When Toby gave them the gift, I knew he didn’t get the reaction from Foley & Kippy that he expected. Toby kept repeating himself over and over and over again as to why he thought it was a good gift and the backstory behind the gift. Toby, I think you need to let it go.
As a person with ears I don't get how kippy and foley can use their tv speakers and be ok with it. You gotta turn it up to like 90% volume just to hear it unless you have it in a tiny ass house

The delay between the TV and the soundbar is all operator error. Change the sound settings on the TV, Foley! My goodness... all the hoagies are rotting his brain! 🤣
