What I mean by that is that if you also give the space to write something that happened in your day, your thoughts, etc. or do you mainly use it for tracking to-do list and other things that happen in life?
I usually change my daily to do list a lot. So it was a mess for me. Some weeks ago, I started using one big weekly to do list (no daily spreads) and it works so much better.
In this video you asked if people would like to see a video on using a cheap notebook "what you have as a beginner". I would like to see one like that.
I use The Scriptures (TS 2009) - there are some minor things i don't like about this translation, but overall i think it's far better than most English translations. I also think the ESV is good since it does its best in doing a literal translation (drawing from the Dead Sea Scrolls) - it's also got a great translation of the Old Testament!

they don't smudge unless you first use them (cause sometimes there's an excess amount of ink at the tip - like with most pens)!
