I hope you didn't . You should watch other videos on here first. As everyone afes their body changes and filll out. What will you do when you are 60 and you have now a dimpled lop sided butt because your natural curves is competing with your enhanced butt.

Missy: my hemoglobin level was a 14 or so ...... me seating here impressed and envious because I have pernicious anemia and my hemoglobin barely make it to 4 😩. P.s missy looking really really good these days. Got a glow
Aww my mom has that but b12 shots have drastically helped her. I had never heard of it until she was diagnosed with it.
MochaDivaXOXO I was diagnosed a year ago. I too get monthly b12 shots and occasional blood transfusions
My hemoglobin is always low, I’ve had two blood transfusions. But I’ve never received any B12 shots. I’m going to ask my doctor
Great info ! It's better to take folate instead of folic acid. Lots of people with MTHFR cannot process folic acid.

Hi Miss Lynn, just wanted you to know I love your videos and content. I’m getting the 360 not sure if I need a bbl or just a tummy tuck until I go in September to see my doc. I watched other ladies and your the best. I’m really preparing because I’m 60. I’m in really good shape. I workout and watch what I eat. This decision to get surgery was a conscious decision. I still work and in a professional environment. However, what I learned in my career what you look like is the first thing judge. Not only for jobs but pretty everything in life that can make you successful. So some of those things helped me to decide that I need to think of the outside of me along with the health and mindset of success. This is my next chapter in life. I say all that to let you know you are an amazing influence on me an older woman. I will continue to watch your videos and share my experiences with you after my surgery. I go in September because the fall will be kicking in which I preferred to go through healing. I don’t know if okay to mention my doctors name but will definitely share after. God bless you.

Hi I appreciate your video. You will be extremely dehydrated post procedure. Make sure to stock on coconut water that recomend pineapple juice but is too sweet. Need to avoid salt and sugar. Some Gatorades are low sodium. Good luck 😊😘

Just use the shower curtain liner over the sheets not under.... bc those sheets are gona get blood on them for sure and getting on the shower curtain will be easier to clean then sheets

I have alot of these things (🙏🏿) but there are still alot that I need to add like the xl wipes, boppy & bbl pillow/mattress, Tylenol pm, benedryl, shower curtain, water bottle, stool softener, robe and slides, I have to check if the dresses I have have pockets, and shower Caps. Thankyou SOOOO much for this video!!!!

Im 14 days post op from a panniculectomy but this vid of yours was recommended to me even tho I've been a sub a long time. Somehow didn't know you did the bbl. I'm on the fence about a 'skinny bbl' in maybe 1yr to 18 months buuuuuttttt I want a breast lift in 6 months to 1yr. Then again might do them together.

Did u learn about any pillow that is useful to sleep with bc i have back pain already urgh. The compression socks are for sleeping too? What about arm garments? Best way to keep the results? Keep fat alive?
