So great and very helpful to see a left handed artist demonstrate shading a sphere! I have been drawing faces for years and sadly skipped over those all very important fundamentals of creating that three dimensional realism and I wondered why my portraits were hit and miss! Now to learn those skills from your demonstrations to take my art to new and exciting levels! Thank you for sharing this! Blessings and Joy to you!
I love this! Lefties unite! You are so welcome, I’m working on some new tutorials right now! Please tell me what you would like to learn and I’m happy to add it!
Thank you so much for this detailed explanation on this subjective art I learned so much from this and I hope to learn more i will be checking out other videos on YOUR channel i greatly appreciate your help! :)
I watched another video that was not helpful at all. This video made a difference that was night and day in comparison with the sphere I tried to do following along with a similar video. Thanks so much

Can we avoid the rubbing in the lighting spot?
That’s always a tough part! Sometimes I put paper under my hand or use a ruler to raise my hand so it doesn’t rub.
