After returning to this arrangement, I'm surprised by how much I really like it. There's a lot of variety and contrast between sections which makes this more unique than Hiramatsu's version even if it's not as suited for rocking out. The actual boss fight isn't that crazy either, so having things like the brass and piano here adds befitting color. Can't wait to hear your upcoming Ys arrange, Stone!
Some people consider it quite slow, but I enjoy it. It fills my labyrinth needs pretty well, and its clunky action engine has more nuance than meets the eye at first.
My words to describe just how awesome this remix is: I have none capable of doing justice to this brilliance. In other words, bad ass remix dude! Looking forward to your MMZ remix.
This doesn't match your work on Master Ninja, but it's still pretty good. I bet Memories of Battle could turn out really well! And I like the less intense sections for contrast and instrument variety.
It's because the creator of megalovania (Toby Fox) used to play brandish 2 or something when he was younger. this song and megalomania was what inspired megalovania
This is pretty awesome, like pretty much everything you put out! Hey Mcknucks(can I call you Mcknucks?) would it be possible to do a Golden sun remix? I'd love to see your take on some of those tracks ^.^
I rarely comment on RUclips vids, but you have forced my hand! I'm intoxicated by your music and sorely need it on my music players. Any link to download all of your music uploads as mp3 files?
Unfortunately no, there's no batch. Older releases are either on soundcloud or bandcamp or completely unavailable, and everything else (from Nitro Man and up I believe) can be downloaded from patreon.
Oh well, I had intended to become a Patron either way. I'll just have to figure out how to automate downloading everything. Thanks for the quick reply :)
Much obliged, though you don't really need to be a patreon for anything except for the FLAC files, unreleased stuff, or the absolute newest releases. ;>
Dude, have you heard your stuff? It's amazing. I'm becoming a Patron because you deserve the cash :D Do you get anything from Omnicore sales? Because I want to get in on that too but I want the money to get to you.
I have a pretty decent Alien 3 WIP. It'll get released at some point. Unreal Tournament's unlikely. I like the main theme but I don't know what I'd do with it, and I like Razorback but SSH already made the ultimate arrange of that so there's no point to anyone else touching it ever.
Brandish: The Dark Revenant's the best shot for new players, but Brandish 2's about to get an English fan translation which should make it more enjoyable.
I'm pretty sure (as far as my limited research on it goes) that GADOBARDORERR is just REALLY bad engrish for God Balder (Baldur), since from what if seen of Brandish 2 in english there's and Emperor Baldur who becomes and evil God at the end of the game.
The Norse God Baldr is written バルドル (Barudoru) in Japanese. The antagonist of this game, Badorrer, is written バドラー (Badoraa). It's not really particularly close. ガド (Gado) is probably not meant to be God, either, as that's usually transliterated ゴッド (Goddo).
This gave me an idea for a possible 2nd sequel trilogy for my Megaman X Reboot concept. Megaman X Legacy: Ode of a Broken Future (or something to that effect) as the 1st Chptr. of the story. Where Human & Gen 9 Reploids (Gen 5 Carbons) live in a broken world where all hope has faded & the "age of heroes" has ended & the world needs new (or old, in my concept) saviors to save peoples' souls by giving them a hope to believe in again. (Maybe cast it as the NEW aftermath of the NEW version of the Elf Wars)
Maybe cast it that somehow X & the gang get their DNA-Data Codes copied to a backup, but something goes wrong & part of their memories get fragged, so X doesn't remember himself, Alia gets named Roll (& eventually remembers parts of her previous life with X & the crew), as for Zero (formerly Xearo in the Sentience War Arc, before the Maverick Hunters were a thing), Axl, Layer, & Palette I'm not sure yet, but cast it that Lumine's daughter, Steel Masimo, Marino, Cinnamon & the others decided to keep fighting on the front lines (to defend the fort, in hopes that X & his team can be brought back) & their legacies end up living on via their great grandkids.
Figure I'll cast it that at a certain point in the story, X, Alia n crew start to get fragments of their memories back. When Lumine's Great Great Granddaughter asks X & Alia about her Great Grandmother they reveal they still have memories of fighting alongside her & that's when she takes them to a place where your OG characters; X, Alia, Zero, Axl, Layer, Palette, the girl's G-Grandmother, Massimo, Marino, Cinnamon, etc. were immortalized as heroic legends of the past, gone but not forgotten.
Stone mcfreakin knuckle. Everything you do is a gem. It's inspiring and pushes me to create more and better stuff. You're a damn legend.

This reminds me of the sword of justice arrangement of this song. Great job!
One of the best Gadobadorerr remixes I've ever heard. I need MORE of this!
Awesome!!!
Man Taofladermaus on a Nihon Falcom related video is something I did not expect.
I have never played a game in the Brandish series, but all of this badass music makes me seriously want to consider it!
Some people consider it quite slow, but I enjoy it. It fills my labyrinth needs pretty well, and its clunky action engine has more nuance than meets the eye at first.
Honestly you music is FUCKIG AWESOME! and your guitar solos are the most incredible of each of your videos
Random fan - yo ,mcknuckle, can you make this song a bit more epic?
McKnuckle - say no more fam...
first! amazing work as always! i cant get enough of this
Good to hear another remix from you. It sounds grear as usual, thanks for doing what you do
2:09 huh wow funky susie theme
2:11 isn't this some homestuck theme? Like one of dave or the robot's?
I had a stroke reading the title but at least I had an amazing time listening to this while paralyzed on the floor👍
You know what? Why not! Just thinking of having Varik and/or Alexis in Smash would be awesome, as well as having this remix soundtrack to boot!
Brandish is one of those franchises were the villain (in this case villainess) is more well known than the (generic) hero!
I'd fight a metal gear boss to this.
I'd fight some weird skeleton with a glowing eye to this.
uploaded on my birthday
너무 좋아요
My words to describe just how awesome this remix is: I have none capable of doing justice to this brilliance. In other words, bad ass remix dude! Looking forward to your MMZ remix.
I'm stoked people like it so much 'cause I was pretty bummed out over this one. The next one's much better though :>
Well if the next one is better than this then you'll be awarded a Nobel prize for your creation.
This doesn't match your work on Master Ninja, but it's still pretty good. I bet Memories of Battle could turn out really well! And I like the less intense sections for contrast and instrument variety.
Memories of the Battle has mood swings that make it range anywhere from super good to super bad at the moment. I need to sort that crap out :I
I just keep wondering what the hell the word "Gadobardorerr" even means. When i google it the only thing that comes up (No joke) is megalovainia
Apparently it's an attempt to romanize the words "God Balder".
@@StoneMcKnuckleHuh, i can see that. It seems butchered as hell though
I thought it was an attempt to write ‘garderobe’ XD
It's because the creator of megalovania (Toby Fox) used to play brandish 2 or something when he was younger.

@@sPapyrus888 makes sense to me
very cool,amazing
Oshit congrats on 11k!!! You should start selling T-shirts once you get to 50k! I'd buy one for sure!
Alright, it's a promise. 50k's a ways off tho ;>
Yes, however you'll have a wider fan base, and shirts would be more likely to sell. On top of that, it should come within a few years (Probably)
Loving it dude!
I had a sudden realization that Corneria from Starfox would be amazing in your style. I can't find any remixes with enough energy.
corneria more like afterburner
but yes sure I'll give it a shot
Stone your megaman remixes rock
Good to hear, 'cause the next one's a MMZ song. ;>
Cannonball?
Awesome!!

Me and the bois jamming to this!
This is pretty awesome, like pretty much everything you put out! Hey Mcknucks(can I call you Mcknucks?) would it be possible to do a Golden sun remix? I'd love to see your take on some of those tracks ^.^
Could give it a shot. Any specific tracks you had in mind?
I have no idea why i am subbed to you but i think this okay

Sure, I'll put it on the list.

Do you get anything from Omnicore sales? Because I want to get in on that too but I want the money to get to you.
Nuooo, I am not worthy~
And no, Omnicore sales go directly towards the CBR label.
do alien 3 nes theme or some unreal tournament stuff

Say thanks to falcom megalovania fans
It's pret gud if you ask me. I shamefully have no idea what game this is from though lol
Can always look up gameplay on RUclips. The games aren't actually all that super great IMO but the music's absolutely amazing.
