Thanks, glad to hear. The great thing about RUclips and other platforms is you can literally get a fairly clear idea on what a career in any field looks like from your couch. When I started framing I only got into it to pad my firefighter resume and I started in winter time with a Portuguese crew (I don’t know Portuguese). It was pretty much baptism by fire , day one I was on the roof with only a now legal “d” belt relaying roof sheets. Would’ve been great to get some insight beforehand

Can you upload a part 2? Installing the bracing etc?? As a lumber estimator it helps me see how framers utilize all the material.
I dont always ware gloves but whenever im handling truses i have to. Those gusset plates can be sharp as hell

Just saw this now, yes at the moment I am just using the metabo saw…lightest one out there still I believe
nice, i just started framing a new house, i find it hard to walk on beams
Why don't you guys use a crane to set trusses ?
