Moorditj Skin Means Moorditj Health

“Moorditj skin means moorditj health” in Noongar language translates to “strong skin means strong health.” This music video was developed as part of the Koolungar (children) Moorditj (strong) Healthy Skin (KMHS) Project, the first-ever Australian co-designed research-service study into skin health in urban-living koolungar. It is a collaborative project between, Telethon Kids Institute, Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service (DYHS) and the South West Aboriginal Medical Service (SWAMS). The development of this music video was led by Elders and community members of the Whadjuk Boodjar (Perth area) involved in the project.
