Not directly. Six Path is only truly possible by mixing the DNA of reincarnations of the sage's sons. But a normal Uchiha and Uzumaki offspring would still be able to awaken the default Rinnegan (not the one Pain/Sasuke owned, that's the full version). The default version is the one that Kabuto developed by pure mixture of DNA and gave to Edo Tensei Madara, as by the Uchiha tablet. That form of Rinnegan can only negate Ninjutsu though. It can't do all the things that Pain or Sasuke did.

Orochimaru found her after the massacre to find out how a little girl could be the only survivor and learned about her sensory skills, so he offered her shelter in exchange for a job.
Karin was one of the more interesting characters in Naruto. I just find it sad how she was abused and used as a pawn for other peoples ambitions. Not only that her relationship with with Sasuke in an abusive state but also that she lived out the stockholm syndrome. I wonder if Sarada would have the same powers as Karin how that would play out with Sasuke. Would he force his daughter out on the frontlines to heal people or would his perspectives change?

Why is everyone weirded out by Karin being obsessed with Sasuke. She had one of the hardest lives of anyone in naruto, even naruto. Naruto was seen as evil something to be scared of, but Karin wasn't even seen as a human just some object to be used and she saw her mother used in the same way. So maybe the first person (Sasuke) to see her as a human and not an object is obviously someone who she could become wildly attached to. Karin is one of the top 3 Kunoichi characters for me. Konan for me is the best sakura version.......... Karin is not a worse Sakura, Sakura seemed to face basically nothing growing up.

I ship her with Nagato more than Suigetsu and I wished that she trained with Lee and Tsunade in Taijutsu and Medical Ninjutsu she would have been incredibly strong! With the Hundred Healing Seal she would have been able to summon the real size of Lady Katsuyu and her alongside Sakura would have been an unstoppable team
Not to mention that her mind eye of Kagura makes her immune to physical attack and can enhance those around her with it!!!!
