You can also use Black Cumin Seeds with Fenugreek Seeds, its really Awesome and you can use Black Seed Oil.

Good morning sis😄 Great video. I have some fenugreek and cloves buds soaking in fresh aloe juice since last night. I'll save some of the liquid for my leave in spray and the rest I'll make a deep conditioner. I'm getting ready for another 2 month protective style. So I use the fenugreek water spray on my scalp while protective styling.

Hey Sandra, I have a couple questions. How often do we apply this protein treatment? And how do you apply? I usually prepoo with aloe and brahmi, is it before or after prepoo? As for trimming, I have really bad ends, I’ve been trimming every month bc I don’t trim too much hair. Is that a good practice? I’ve been trying to care for her😔😔

You would be better off by blending the Fenugreek Seeds First and then add OIL!!
