When they mod for more health the game recognizes the modded CAC and then lower their defense as a way to balance it/punish them for using mods, there is no other way around it, hence why your attacks did more damage to his modded character
@@TheGhost20978 no, when you mod for more health the game automatically see’s the error in the code so as a balance shifter it makes you keep all that health but you take nearly 3x more damage which means your defence on your modded CAC goes from 1.3 to 0.0 instantly

idk if this counts but the hardest battle I had was an online PvP battle this really skilled guy and I kept trading blows, and we kept getting draws/ties it was legit like the Goku Vs Cell fight Of course, the skilled guy ended up claiming Victory at the end, but I gave him massive props for giving me a massively fun experience
This reminds me of an old Friend back then on PS2s Tenkaichi. He came up with a Frieza-Setup that had no Specials, just Brawl. But, it sported a Ressurection and the Cyberfrieza-Effect which ended up in 21 HP-Bars instead of one and the Effect of "more Damage in Brawling according to lost HP". That last effect was designed for 7 HP Bars and not capped, so it went through the roof aftzer the first Ressurection - just for the last - the Cyberversion, getting KI-regeneration. So literally "infinite Evasions and Teleports" while the Brawldamage went up and up. That literally was a "Thing" and not a Char anymore. Fighting him gives me flashbacks when I see you move pretty similar in this new Version. Dang, you are good.
