I bought a 1977 firebird formula for my father this year for Father’s Day. My mom and dad were married in a 1977 trans am . Had to sell one year later due to not being able to fit a child seat in the back. 43 years later 4 kids later his son gifted a 77 formula 400 for Father’s Day
That's great, thanks. My best friend in high school had one, same year. Really great car. I was jealous -- I had a 67 Mustang but liked the "new" Pontiac!
And even Not ALL Trans ams had them. California 301cubic inch Trans am's didn't have them- those exhaust tips. But I don't believe you truly cared to know. You were probably Just wanting to troll 🧙🏻♂️
@@bc3481 that's my era! Your the troll who just wanted to leave a B-S response.. my 80 turbo V8 had split TA exhaust tips.. bought brand New and your probably not even from my era.....
@@davehibbs9111 are you sure that's your Era? I thought better of 'your Era'. Since when has the Truth been BS? 🤔🤔🤔 I thought that was a New concept. But crack on. Have your humor. But you asked a question and received two answers. Mine is factual. I'll leave you be. Even Biff had his 'time'
Bought one in 1983 from a 62 year old lady. Had 29,00 km on it. Fully loaded and paid $6300. Fun car but was a bit on the gutless side as the 350 only had 170hp
Worth what someone is willing to pay for it!!! And their are plenty of assholes willing to pay 3 to 4 times what it cost new! Me however would pass on this one! 0- 60 - 11:70 seconds and about 13mpg on premium gas 😂 no thanks! A little honda civic could suck it up and still get 30+ mpg on 87 octane...
She is beautiful!

Most of these cars had a tough life. You don't find many that are still original.

Had a couple Firebirds, with Pontiac V8s. No not a rocket. But really fun to drive! That's really what it's all about.
