Since coconut 🥥 pudding wasn't available you can use some coconut extract. Also the Coco Lopez cream of coconut in the mixed drink section is delicious in a yellow cake mix. Substitute Coco Lopez for water in the cake mix.

Everything you're putting in the cake is very, very unhealthy for people's body. I love watching but please start using ingredients that aren't killing our children because they are the one's that are important; adults can decide for themselves but children trust us to provide the best we can in order to keep the mitochondria heathy. All the ingredients you're using are damaging to the mitochondria. I baked so much of this junk food for my children and school children that I still feel very guilty because I know I'm to blame for damaging MANY children's mitochondria. Just research and you'll see why no one used these ingredients anymore including cereals that are so bad for children.
