"Whenever you get access to greatness you need to adjust to it not to let it adjust to you" Now that's a word right there!
4 Things to look for in a mentor:
1. Character - Their character becomes your crisis. They don’t have to share your faith but they do need to share your values. They also need to be emotionally healthy and safe, they can’t be intimidated or insecure.
2. Coaching - Whatever area you need help in, they need expertise in. The quality of the relationship will be based on the quality of questions you ask.
3. Correction - People who are going to the next level must be willing to have their errors exposed. Proverbs 12:1.
4. Covering - To help you clarify what God means, to provide counsel. For interpretation and application to help you process decisions.

I almost JUMPED outta my seat😮😮 I LIVE IN JACKSONVILLE, and my son started working at the Piggly Wiggly last Sunday... I’ve been a member of Change church in jersey since 2011. Now I’m in Jacksonville i still don’t have a church home.
