If you are going to reproduce leaders,remember your own experience.You weren't all of this all the time;you had your own problems,someone was tolerating you for a long time.
Be tolerant,be patient,you allow people to make some mistakes.The greatest thing you can do for a person is to make their mistakes easy to correct.Great leaders have endless patience.

True leaders always initiate. A true leader doesn't sit and wait for action, they initiate the action. Leaders are supposed to be models. Leaders are mentors. You have failed in your leadership if you do not have mentees (followers) who successfully learn from you and grow to be improved versions of you in your field of endeavor or specialty.

Myles Munroe was the pastor of a megachurch.
Very few of us affirm people under our leadership. Oooh God help us to be confident and raise leaders. Many leaders want to take credit from people effort. Rarely to many leaders allow people under them to take decision on themselves. May we allow people to make decisions and being honest and correct them well, give them recognition and praise
